I just came to this location and placed an order for a chicken scramble bowl. I asked for spicy chicken Miriam, who was taking my order asked me twice if I wanted the spicy chicken I said yes Miriam had the absolute worst attitude I have ever witnessed for a Chick-fil-A For a company that that’s based off Great customer service She is in the wrong field the eye rolling the attitude the acting like you don’t wanna be here find a different job. Needless to say my one small order came incorrectly, and I am a very dissatisfied, never have this issue at the Burleson location on John Jones, please retrain or properly train your employees on great customer service because every car that went to this specific employee received attitude

This is the second time I came into this store in Burleson and got ignored. I was in the line for pick up orders. One time, I was standing there, everybody was walking around, then a guy walks in and immediately someone asks how they can help him. I interrupted and said nobody asked me if I needed help. Then he tries to half ass acknowledge me. Then yesterday, once again I'm in the pick up area waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I've made eye contact with a few workers but none of them came over. A lady comes up behind me then a guy asks her what refill did she need. He reaches over me to grab her cup as she reaches over me to give it to him. I immediately said, "wth!! I'm standing here waiting on an order an no one acknowledges me but you are helping someone standing behind me. Only then he tries to acknowledge me. I am sick of it!! I will not spend anymore of my hard earned money here if they can't acknowledge me.

Love this location. They finally figured out how to handle the incoming traffic of customers with 2 lanes. Everyone is friendly, food is always great. If only they were open on Sundays?

Placed online order for curbside. 1 sandwhich brought out was totally not ours, so I had to go inside at that point to get the correct sandwhich i ordered made. Then upon getting home my daughter and I both realize the chicken nuggets taste very strange today.. I hate to say I do not belive the "new chicken" hype they are telling customers since changing the chicken in March! I've hear others complain about the new chicken here in different ways but today I actually see!! This was 1 of the last fast food places I actually still go to. I plan on taking it back tomorrow when I'm in the area to get it remade just to see. Maybe it was old grease, idk. It was a hour before closing smh but If it taste the awful tomorrow still, I'm definitely not visiting chick fil a again.
