Chick-fil-A, sadly out of all of them in our area, this is the one we have recieved the worst service. It did not feel like a Chick-fil-A. Anyway, I won't go into details but my wife and I will avoid this location at all cost from now on.

What can I say but it is the best chicken sandwich out there. The second greatest invention they did was people taking your order at your window not through a terrible speaker. This makes the process faster and more accurate.

Went through the drive through, was told to park anywhere and “we will find you”. 15 minutes later… nothing lol. Garbage location. Only rated the food 1 star because there was no food to try. At least it was easy to get a refund. Worst CFA I’ve ever been to, won’t be back to this one again.
My very first 5 star review!! I travel all over DFW and this place has amazed me with their fast and courteous service! Their attention to detail and eagerness to make every customer happy! I was so pleased; very rememberable experienced by Mr Jason and his crew. Even though we were just passing through, We felt valued and welcomed! I would highly recommend this location to all...🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Sad to see it but this Chick-fil-A has gone downhill for at least a year now. They have messed up our order the last 5! times we have gone there. Even going there less and less often. Food is normal Chick-fil-A, if you get what you actually ordered. Less friendly and helpful as well.
I would give a 0 star if it was an option my wife and I went here today I ordered grilled chicken with a side salad with extra cheese I asked for an extra plate they refused when I got my money back I asked for the money back for the cheese I never received the manager then said here is your measley 50 cents I'll never go to a chick fil a again. I am disgusted with the customer service

I ask this lady for a 4 piece strip meal didn’t realize she charge me for a 10ct costing 20.65 until I got home like this is ridiculous total 35.00 for two meals I could have went to twin peaks
