I eat here quite often but I've noticed over the course of a few months, the food service has slowed down more and more to a point where it took them 20min to prepare 2 scoops of cranberry keli. Which in itself is pretty wild to take that long. Though I usually don't mind if they take some time but today it made me late back to work because of how long it took them. It's a shame their company can't hire more employees to work as it's definitely showing in the service. This is also the only location where I have this issue, so if you have limited time for lunch, I would skip this location for now.

I enjoy food from here however.. they are often very slow especially in drive through. Additionally I have come over the last 2 weeks and I always get the bread toasted.. however their toaster has been down for weeks.. for something so simple you would think someone could just hop on over to target and get a toaster or a convection oven.. super quick fix.. but somehow they can't do that.

Love their food but 30 min I. Drive through is ridiculous. Get it together guys, put someone outside taking orders like Chikfila if your line is going to be that long at lunch time. It’s not even as if you are frying anything up. Some people are on limited time for a lunch break. Also it’s a bit pricey. Avoid during lunch time like the plague.

Hiring everywhere is a challenge, but please staff the busier hours better. We waited over 30 minutes for a takeout order, entirely unacceptable. The drive through was also at a standstill for the same amount of time, maybe even more! Won’t be back until there’s more focus on staffing levels.

Today me and my family went and got lunch and we usually have an amazing time there but today there was an employee and I assume manger that seemed like they were having issues interrupting me and my family from eating I don’t know what was going on but the older lady seemed to be getting way to close to the employee and that’s honestly just not a good look for the store or appropriate

The meal and service were fantastic. Grace and Jodie are wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly polite. They mentioned they were understaffed but the service and meal were fantastic and nothing seemed as if they were understaffed! This is a great stop to enjoy a meal in Burleson. Please open one in Cleburne! My favorite thing was their macaroni and cheese??

The way employees are treated so replaceable is digesting. Maybe make sure people do their job that way the good workers won’t quit. This is a example of favoritism

My fiancé and I eat here pretty regularly. The food is always very fresh, service is nice, price is average, and the atmosphere is super cute. Love that they also do teacher discounts! ?
Rewriting this review after a call from the restaurant manager. I have to admit, it was a very productive call. I expressed my concern about the pre-tipping before you even have your food and she understood my position. I also mentioned the dryness of the chicken salad and she explained that the salads with nuts do tend to be more dry and that we have an opportunity to sample the salads before ordering and the option to get additional mayo on the side. Neither of these options were offered, but we also did not think to ask. Knowing the manager took the time to read our comments, call and have a polite conversation tells me this is a place the cares about customer satisfaction. We'll be back for another try.

The food here is great, however, the service at the Burleson store is terrible. My husband and I just walked out after standing in an empty restaurant there for five minutes with four people in the back just looking at us not even acknowledging that were there. This is not the first time we have had terrible service at this store either. Unfortunately, this is why I just started buying stuff to make it at home myself.
