Returning customer: 09/22/2025 Liam did a FANTASTIC job with active listening. I am one who likes my stuff to be precise and wow!! I had to call in today to tell assist mgr how awesome that young man was. I found out his name is Liam. He entered in everything just right and he dbl checked the melts were toasted and correct. Very good food and good job Liam!
Past visit: I returned today, Wow can I say from the service to the quantity and quality of the food did a 180 from the last time I was here. I give y’all 5 stars today. The young lady who took my order thru the drive thru was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me the bread options when ordering. I didn’t even know I had options. The meal with sandwich and scoop was proportionate to the cost I paid. Thank you so much!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Today I ordered The Chick with the Carol sandwich on white not toasted with lettuce and tomato and a scoop of fruity Fran it is so good!!!
Prior review - I went thru the drive thru received terrible service and missing food from my order. $15 for this…. I won’t order the chick again with the egg salad, look how much egg salad I was given or not!?!? Egg sandwich?? Where is the egg salad? Then maverick charged me $4.99 instead of the $2.49 for the chicken salad scoop. He needs more training and the kitchen too! They were closed when I tried to return to get it corrected.

So despite telling the guy ringing us up three times that I wanted a little chick meal after he tried to give us a full turkey club meal, I still got the full $11 meal for my six year old. And when the guy brought it to us and sat it down, I said, is that a kids meal? He informs me that it’s not the kids meal, it’s the turkey club meal. I said, I told him the little chicks meal three times and he says, I’m sorry, and walks away. Zero customer service. And unfortunately I thought my chicken salad was extremely bland. Was not happy and will not be back. And I was really excited about trying this place. Hope something better comes along eventually.

The first time trying. The food was amazing, very clean and friendly service
Stopped by this location this evening at 7:40, and the young lady kept saying they were out of everything, until she slipped and said they were closing and already put stuff away. If you close at 7:30 then just post those hours. Laughing at your hungry customers every time they pick a new item they want is just bad business. I love chicken salad chick but felt management should know that customers are being ran off so the kitchen can close early.

The service was great, and he restaurant was clean. I had the melt with Classic chicken salad. It came on a croissant, and the cheese melted just enough. Delicious! I paired it with a grape salad. The dressing on the salad was a little too sweet, but it was fresh. There are several chicken salad options to choose from, so one is bound to suit you best. Get the trio, like my lunch pal, and taste a few for yourself. Great spot for lunch or a quick bite.
