So despite telling the guy ringing us up three times that I wanted a little chick meal after he tried to give us a full turkey club meal, I still got the full $11 meal for my six year old. And when the guy brought it to us and sat it down, I said, is that a kids meal? He informs me that it’s not the kids meal, it’s the turkey club meal. I said, I told him the little chicks meal three times and he says, I’m sorry, and walks away. Zero customer service. And unfortunately I thought my chicken salad was extremely bland. Was not happy and will not be back. And I was really excited about trying this place. Hope something better comes along eventually.

Stopped by this location this evening at 7:40, and the young lady kept saying they were out of everything, until she slipped and said they were closing and already put stuff away. If you close at 7:30 then just post those hours. Laughing at your hungry customers every time they pick a new item they want is just bad business. I love chicken salad chick but felt management should know that customers are being ran off so the kitchen can close early.

The service was great, and he restaurant was clean. I had the melt with Classic chicken salad. It came on a croissant, and the cheese melted just enough. Delicious! I paired it with a grape salad. The dressing on the salad was a little too sweet, but it was fresh. There are several chicken salad options to choose from, so one is bound to suit you best. Get the trio, like my lunch pal, and taste a few for yourself. Great spot for lunch or a quick bite.

new manager ruined the service for me, their attitude is beyond uncalled for especially with my grandma there. no respect what so ever and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone i know anymore. i used to tell everyone i knew. but even my friends have had bad experiences with new management. place has gone down hill. bad. if you ever get their food. get it doordashed. not to mention hope they don’t forget your side, and hope they don’t add peanuts when you ask not to have them. people there don’t care anymore.

Sooo, I had never been here before and was given a complimentary card from a manager to try a free scoop. Today I decided to try it since I hadn’t had lunch yet. Used the drive thru we’re a soft spoken young lady, Eryn, assisted me. Took a minute to decide since again, it was my first time. She was helpful, kind and showed great patience. The salad was with grapes, pineapple and apples and was wonderful. “Yes” I’ll be back, was great service all around.
I eat here quite often but I've noticed over the course of a few months, the food service has slowed down more and more to a point where it took them 20min to prepare 2 scoops of cranberry keli. Which in itself is pretty wild to take that long. Though I usually don't mind if they take some time but today it made me late back to work because of how long it took them. It's a shame their company can't hire more employees to work as it's definitely showing in the service. This is also the only location where I have this issue, so if you have limited time for lunch, I would skip this location for now.

I enjoy food from here however.. they are often very slow especially in drive through. Additionally I have come over the last 2 weeks and I always get the bread toasted.. however their toaster has been down for weeks.. for something so simple you would think someone could just hop on over to target and get a toaster or a convection oven.. super quick fix.. but somehow they can't do that.
