Here, I would not return, the waitress did not serve us well, and never brought us the drinks that came with the food, she only came 1 more time after bringing the food, we finished and spoke to another waitress to order the drinks, which was lemonade, and tea, It is the last time I go. I do not recommend it, since it is not the first time something like this happens to us.

Been going to Chilis ever since I was a young lad. I used to love this chain because it provided good food and exceptional value. Not so much anymore. The portions keep getting smaller by the year, the prices keep increasing, the cocktails get sweeter, and even the condiments are not kept on the table anymore! Sorry Chilis but you have lost your way and an entire family of faithful patrons.

This location makes me feel like they hate people in wheelchairs. The last two times I've come, they purposely refuse to allow us to sit in open tables that are much more accessible because they say the sections are "closed" and my family has had to wait over an hour while others walk in and are seated within 5-10 minutes. It makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to this restaurant.

Mostly ok I ordered the salad and chilli combo, and all our food came out and the chilli was late some how. And then it was salty , I mentioned this to our waitress and she said she would comp our meal I said thank you and they brought me a different soup instead. Then the bill came , for some reason there was an extra salad and chilli on the tab but the comp was there . But after doing the math the comp just covered the extra chilli and salad . I noticed this at home. I drove 15 minutes back for the manager to confuse me saying those charges have to go on there to cover the kitchens inventory..... ultimately if you do the math for what we actually ordered we ended paying normally for our food. Don't say you are gonna comp something and then make it confusing to get out of it. I'm adding picture of receipt we ordered everything but that last chilli and salad . Do the math nothing was compted

We went about 10 pm, felt as if getting rushed and the food wasn't at its great. Even ordered margaritas and we understood why they were 5$.

It was.... good. The food was good and the service was really good ?. The couple sitting behind us got the wrong order. I heard the manager come out and politely correct the mistake. The couple was treated with respect and the mistake was quickly corrected. Even though it had nothing to do with us, it meant alot to me The atmosphere was great and the people sitting around, were laughing, drinking and having a good time. I would go again.

I got soup and salad. The salad was only lettuce and chs, no tomatoes or cumbers. Soup was Luke warm. I literally oreded the easiest meal on the menu. And it was terrible. Only 3 bottle of wine to choose from on the menu and they were out of those too. Used to love the food at chili's. I even worked at a few locations years back. But it's terrible food now. Service was fine. Our server isn't responsible for what chili's is lacking these days!
