The place has been dirty the last 2 times we stopped in. Trash full, tables dirty. Guys standing around and I had to tell them the restroom was empty of TP. Oh, and the chips were stale.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. When I walked in to place my order, I asked for extra rice and didn’t receive it. Then, when choosing my protein, I ordered Carne Asada but only got what amounted to about two bites of meat. Moving on to the veggies, I was given more lettuce than rice, which made the bowl completely unbalanced. For the price I’m paying, I expect a fair portion and quality that matches Chipotle’s usual standard. Unfortunately, the bowl I received today did not meet those expectations at all. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. The employee Veda however her name is spelled was especially rude and forgot to give me my sides that i ended up paying extra for. I tried calling and spoke to the manager who then questioned me and said he’d check the cameras to see if she really forgot my sides, said he’d call me back but never did. I didn’t expect the manager himself to give rude service on top of this all but he was just as rude questioning me, making it seem as if i’m a liar. Don’t go here unless you want to have horrible service, get charged extra and ripped off. Won’t be returning.

Frequent traveler and eat at many chipotles. This one had quality food, but very low quantity of food. The staff you could tell were taught to carefully spoon the ingredients in the bowl to do the bare minimum. Even dumped some ingredients off the side of the spoon. Purchased double meat to fill the bowl up a little bit. For 27$ was not worth cost, corporate will never understand that it’s better to make a little from every sale rather than get rich from high prices with minimal product given. See this at more and more locations.

I stopped by and saw one young man (I believe his name was Diego) handling the front line all by himself—and he was awesome! He was stocking the line, taking orders, working the register, and still managed to greet everyone with a smile. Even while it was busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. Big props to him for his hard work and great attitude. Keep it up!

I always get pick up through the drive through. I feel like they always short me on carnitas, there’s only ever a few bites worth. Also, I usually ask for extra rice and veggies. I feel like I never get it. I always tip in hopes to get a good bowl. It’s always just mid. Also, I just got the brownest most tasteless guac of my life. :( It’s too expensive to do me like that 😭
This location is notorious for shorting you on protein. You’re not getting what you pay for. Never order on app for double protein because you’ll be ripped off. If you’re ordering front of them and they’re not giving you what you’re paying for just walk away problem solved.

Worst location been there 3 times and it just gets worse! Ordered a salad bowl and no lettuce what so ever just the meat cheese and sour cream. Wife’s bowl had the wrong protein and it tastes like burnt plastic. Avoid this location at all cost!

i’m a regular at this location and I just have to say kaitlin’s friendliness always makes my day and she never gets annoyed when I ask for extra!! worth the drive

Kaitlin acts like the food portions come out of her paycheck . She was very rude and acting like something was funny which i had an actual concern. Also the employees are usually nice but im guessing they were a trio laughing it up like a circus 🤡. Overall the manager helped me out with my concern and props to him for putting up with that . I recommend the mansfield chipotle .

ive bought 2 times from here both times spending $25. both times i have been given 1/2 of everything. my bowl has been empty both times like a toddler portion size and my chip bag has been a very small handful from a LARGE order of chips and queso. also they was stale so - points for that to. yall get a lot of complaints about this yet wont fix it? time to close or get new management
Showed up for a mobile order and they were out of cheese for the quesadillas. Then to add insult to injury, I have to call a phone number for a refund. Should’ve just went to Taco Bell in the first place.

There were two young women at the front preparing the food. While the one woman began to prepare my bowl, she served tiny portions, and when I asked for more the two women began to get an attitude towards me, When I was checking out I asked the second woman if she was going to say “Thank you” She got even ruder than the from the beginning of the service. What is going on with the food portions?!? Those two women acted like they owned the store.
