AWFUL!!!!! I ordered a bowl for pick up and i was given half full portion. By bowl wasn’t even half way filled it was terrible and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Always feels a bit pretentious going here. Food is good quality. Staff always seem like if you dont know the lingo or get the menu right away you must be an idiot. So generally I order from the app and pick up from the drive thru. Also very expensive.

Normally the food here is good. Tonight however my daughter went in to pick up my order & the manager made my bowl. It was the worst I’ve had yet - she brought home and there were almost no beans, no veggies and the guy did not place the guac that she paid for in my bag! She had to purchase an extra Sofritas just so I’d have enough. So disappointing. This was the one Chipotle is that I raved about. Poor service and the bowl sucks!

Very rude named Diego, and unfair portions.

I went to Chipotle today and ordered two Kids Meals. I usually get a fair amount of meat, but this time the portion was extremely small. When I politely mentioned it to the employee named Diego, instead of offering a simple fix or a small courtesy scoop, he started arguing and He only put a few tiny shreds of meat instead of the amount im used to get.

I’ve always been a regular customer, and this has never happened before. What made it worse is that after our interaction, he went on chatting happily with other customers as if nothing had happened. It felt very disrespectful.

I’m not the kind of person who complains easily, but this was really disappointing. I hope management addresses this and reminds the staff that good customer service and consistency in portions matter.

Ok, I'll admit I made fun of this place a lot. I thought the hype was way over exaggerated, and I thought it would be awful. It's not.

It's still overhyped.
The food is just OK, if you take it home put some extra salt pepper and sauce on it it's pretty good. You get a lot of of it for the price though. One bowl ended up making me like 5 burritos at home.

People at the register are always friendly, they never fill your bowl/ kids meal all they way, also why would I get charged so much for the queso when it comes out of a plastic bag? I’ve tried being friendly with them and they are never friendly back along with the fact that the prices of things are never the same even when I order the same exact thing. Chipotle, do better.

First time visiting this location and will be the last. Stale chips and queso taste like powder cheese. And the burrito not to good either. Now I know why I havent been there in some time not missing anything Lady was very short and snappy when we asked questions.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Twice I have ordered online and both times I've gotten sub-par portions on rice, meat, and cheese. They filled the bowl full of lettuce on top to make it look like it it actually has something in it. The chips are some how stale and have almost no salt on them. The lettuce had whole strands that were completely brown.
Customer service only said they would let the manager know so they could coach the team better and then offered a bogo coupon as if that makes up for their terrible service.
