First time visiting this location and will be the last. Stale chips and queso taste like powder cheese. And the burrito not to good either. Now I know why I havent been there in some time not missing anything Lady was very short and snappy when we asked questions.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Twice I have ordered online and both times I've gotten sub-par portions on rice, meat, and cheese. They filled the bowl full of lettuce on top to make it look like it it actually has something in it. The chips are some how stale and have almost no salt on them. The lettuce had whole strands that were completely brown.
Customer service only said they would let the manager know so they could coach the team better and then offered a bogo coupon as if that makes up for their terrible service.

guy at the drive thru was very rude the second we pulled up. before he’s handing the bags out the window, yelling at me to reach for them then shoving them to me. and i had asked for a side of lime juice, he rolled his eyes. and he told me sarcastically to park 10 ft away next time. ( i was not far from the window) then rushing me to leave saying “ there’s people waiting ” yall need to have better people working with customers

They packaged our to go order snoopy and it got all messy. I called for a replacement because we had spent $35. They replaced our order no problem 😊. Healthy options are important good customer service is too. I appreciate the way you handled this situation I would recommend this establishment in a heartbeat!

I ordered through a friend and I gave them a note specifically saying to put everything on the plate except for guac and queso. My plate only had chicken, rice, and beans. Nothing else, I have ordered like this before and have never had a problem

I was just there and place my order in the restaurant, I asked for a side of the red salsa and chips and salsa. Trust the staff, paid for everything, then I get home and non of the salsa is in my bag. I tried calling the restaurant to get a refund for the salsa and it’s freaking impossible to reach anybody. You get stuck with the automatic response robot thing that isn’t that helpful at all, keeps telling I’m going to get email, and just agh. It’s always this same thing with this location. My order number is 10261

My daughter and I placed an order in store and while I was still ordering my daughter decided to go ahead pay for everything. Well we leave and get home we don't live very far. They had given her an extra burrito and charged her for it. We head back to the store and get a refund. Cool, no problem. Finally get back home to eat only to have cold food now and STALE chips. Unacceptable, Chipotle is not cheap and to only have your mind set on some great Chipotle and it be ruined. I appreciate the refund, but Unacceptable to have stale food.

the guy working the register with glasses and dark hair on Saturday may 31st at 6:20pm was very rude telling me they have never put rice in my quesadilla before when i come here often and have never had a problem repeatedly telling me have a nice day being very passive aggressive i can tell he might have issues going on at home he might need to take some time off or take customer service classes especially if im gonna continue eating here

Extremely rude people working at 6:20 pm on saturday. Trying to tell me they don’t put rice in my quesadilla when they have always done that every time I go to chipotle. The male employee with glasses (also probably gay) repeatedly told me have a good day when I was trying to figure my order out. This rude behavior is gross. If they don’t allow me to have rice in my quesadilla, they don’t need to be rude about it.
