I had a to go order, and it was slammed at the time I had placed it. Long story short, one of my items was left out of my order. I came back up and spoke to Amy (the manager) she apologized immediately and said that she placed it in the oven, and it wouldn't take long!!! Thank you for the great customer service, Amy!!

It’s been a while since I’ve had such fantastic experience at cicis, and on top of the rush going on Jordan did a fantastic job at keeping the buffet filled. We came in and only one table was available and it was super busy, but there was always pizza on the line.

I recently visited Cici's Pizza in Burleson and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured that our needs were met. The parking lot was clean and well-maintained, setting a positive tone for our visit. The restroom was also spotless, which is always a plus.
