Idiots cant tell the difference between ranch and gravy. I ordered one of each with my meal and the manager can't even get to the phone on a Thursday. It wasn't even busy when I went to pick up my order. No wonder Longhorn steakhouse and Texas roadhouse are taking all their customers and I'm glad they are. This place sucks and so does their customer service.

Got the order for carryout as my wife is in the hospital and looking for good food. Where else to turn but Cotton Patch. We each ordered the small chicken fried steak and it was a decent size that filled us up. Had to get the fried mushrooms too,and loaded baked potato. I believe the food helped in making my wife feel better! Great food at a great price!

Today, 9 Nov 24, my wife and myself stopped at Cotton Patch. It was cool outside so we asked for coffee. Waiter informed us that the coffee machine was broke and had been for over two weeks. So my wife asked for hot cocoa. But they don’t serve hot cocoa. But the meal was very good.

The manager went out of her way to put tables together for our large party. The server was very attentive. The manager also helped the server with keeping our drinks full and removing dirty dishes. We enjoyed our time celebrating my mom's birthday.

We had a really big party. The service was great. They accommodated our every need. The manager helped Our server. And she came by frequently to ask how everything was. One of the best cotton patch experiences I’ve ever had! Will definitely be coming back.
Vegetarian options: There are a lot of options for vegetarians.. I like the fact that they have a lot of different site items. You could also eat. Salads. Plus they are willing to customize and leave things out if you’d like. I’m very good experience.
