It was a call in order. No one would answer the phone so that all I had to do was walk in and pay. I had to wait for my order, which wasted a few minutes of my time to be told the associate was working on a catered order and the manager should have answered the phone.
Wonderful people and amazing service only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they ran out of a number of sides that should never run out at a place like this regardless of the holidays
We love Crackle Barrel! ❤️ The service at this restaurant was excellent. We were helped by Trinity and one of her trainee. As usual, my favorite fried chicken was always so tasty and fresh. I also love its gift shops, there were so many cite stuffs!
