Dairy Queen of North Burleson

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to went through the drive-through had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They got my order wrong and all my food was cold. They had workers there that didn’t even look like they know what they were doing, and the lobby was full of people waiting for their food Never again.

Young kid at cash register needs motivation, ordered 3 ice cream cones that were sitting by the drive through. Had to let him know they were ready.

This is my absolute favorite Dairy Queen in all of DFW!!! I go to any DQ whenever we’re near one. I LOVE this location due to their cleanliness, the staff and I have never gotten sick from eating the ice cream (yes, that happens to me at OTHER locations and other restaurants, unfortunately!)!! The only downside is the tightness of the entry of the drive thru after the order sign. But y’all are doing awesome!! Thanks a bunch!!

Never went for the food, always dessert, which was always good. Most times they were attentive and took my order right away. Customer service and attitude was always good. There was always this one younger guy that would go above and beyond and talk to the customers and have fun while taking their orders (wish I could remember his name). My only complaint would be the playground. It was usually a mess and I never saw anyone playing because it was a bit of an eye sore and dirty from being outdoors.

Food is great and they are quick, buttttttt service is questionable. One day we asked the workers a question. They ignored us and shut the door in our face. They were unresponsive possibly intoxicated? The Next day we tried to use our DQ rewards since we spend a lot of money. The manger was rude and said “you can’t do that”?

Food is good (as fast food goes), albeit a bit overpriced. My main complaint is that the drive-thru has a very tight and awkward junction, and the railings have streak marks that suggest others have had worse trouble with it than I have.

Not a blizzard guys. Worst attempt ever. Handed a bag with two “blizzards “ in it. Had lids on the cups. Milkshake mostly. Training needed on how to make the signature item!

This 5 star goes out to Aiden! I'm not sure if that's how their name is spelled but my second to last visit here the window worker forgot my blizzard that I was really looking forward to! I just went again tonight and similarly the window worker forgot 2 drinks I ordered! We decided to drive back this time and it was Aiden at the window! They recognized us as regulars to this specific Dq that we've gone to for years! When we told them about the last issue and similar occurrence this time, they corrected it all instantly and did so with the same sweet and respectful demeanor that they always carry when we see them!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH AIDEN, YOU ROCK!!!

Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The kids pretty much runs the establishment. Trying to speak with a manager is next to impossible. Quality of the food could be better if the kids making it wasn't so disrespectful and clueless to what their customers actually wants. As nasty as the store be I wouldn't eat from here anymore anyways. It's the things the public don't see that keeps them coming back. If they only knew just how nasty and roach infested this place is, trust me they wouldn't be in business at all.

The drive thru is very tight in turning to pickup food because of the poles they have there.
