I placed a Order for curbside pickup, email said it would be ready at 11:05, it is now 11:45 and still NO order, I called when I first arrived and the lady I spoke with said she would be âright outâ I just called again and the lady I spoke with BARELY let me get a word in, as soon as I said âI have been waiting for over 40 minâ she said âwe didnât know it was a curbside order, the food JUST now came out, we will be right there, CLICKâ hung up in my face. RUDE. If you donât like your job then donât work there but donât be rude to people who are PAYING customers. Idk why I even tried to give them another chance, NEVER again.

Came this past Sunday to come sit down and eat with my family. We had to wait for our food for over an hour until a server named Genisis came over and got us our drinks and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. We know it wasnât her fault and we really appreciate her doing the best she could to help us especially with how busy they were. Although we didnât eat our food we loved her apologetic attitude and sincerity so she definitely made our experience better. I used to work in the restaurant business and she is an ideal server especially compared to the others that work at this location.

This place is horrible. today it says that they are open on March 9th 2025 I came here around 11:15 and they're open, and even their website says open. And they tell me they cannot serve me despite being open or anybody because they only do doordash... Nothing on their website says that's all they do. And I'm letting you know this place is horrible and I would definitely not advocate for anybody to come to this loathsome place.. I think it's probably just a matter of months before they're out of business.. This place used to be very good back in the 80s. And nineties, it is a dumpster fire right now at this time in 2025.. So don't waste your time going here. You'll be turned away

My experience at this restaurant was terrible, very dirty, it smells bad, the tables are all crooked, there is trash under the tables đ€ą When I went to pay they charged me too much, $3.79 for 3/4 of a glass of coffee đČ I do not recommend it
This restaurant is always empty and now I know why. I walked in, two waitresses, an empty restaurant. Nobody came up to me I literally had to stand in front of the register and start grabbing their things behind the register in order for me to get their attention. Then all they said was will be with you in just a few seconds. 10 minutes later, I walked out. The entire time all they did was gossip with each other about answering phone calls about angry customers and how they don't get paid enough to work here. If I was the owner I would fire everybody clean house because they are ruining the reputation of this restaurant and franchise
