Went to the Burleson location and was extremely disappointed by the food. They messed up my order and made 3 carne asada fries when I ordered two. I ordered a shredded beef tostada and got a soggy pork one instead. It was so soggy that the tostada fell apart. They knew it was bad too because they put another tostada shell in there so I could remake it at home. When I got home, the fries were completely undercooked, almost to the point of raw. We had to reheat and cook the food at home. Will not return.

the people working in the front are nothing but rude and expect tips after they mess up your order every single time.. I’ve never been somewhere where they wanted a tip through the drive-through window, and now they’ve lost my business completely. I was every day customer, and now I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Stopped in at the drive thru was first taken back by their prices they are pretty steep, waited 25 mins before just backing out and leaving. One car in front of us, they never once even came to the window in that time for that car. First time there and will never go back.

Food was so yummy! Here's the kicker, it took so very long-like 13 minutes to even get the person to open the drive thru window. I was apologized to because the wait was excessive both before and after paying. All in all probably 20 minutes .I really think the food is great but will have to go back to see if the timing on drive thru is better.I would have liked to be compensated somehow with extra food or a coupon for such an excessive wait.Parking: Fair amount of parking.
