There is one guy who works at this location, who is very rude. If something is wrong with your order, he will give you attitude when fixing it. My coffee was only half full today, and he was very rude when I asked him to fill it up more because I was paying for a full one. I’m sorry but if you don’t have customer service, don’t work in the food service. I was very polite to him and thanked him over again. All other employees are great!
They always run out of donuts! They don’t even make donuts in the second shift like they do in San Antonio. By 9:00am they are out! They need to make more donuts knowing they are the only ones in the south side of ftworth!
Awful! Can’t wait to talk to their superiors cuz the manager is as rude as the workers!
I don't know who the girl is that was working Christmas morning but she is BEYOND rude.
