Terrible experience here. Employees were rude and slow. Could hear the one working the drive through yelling at people over the intercom. They ran out of donuts and gave us the wrong size drinks despite the stickers saying they are mediums, they gave us smalls.

Could barely hear the 2 girls working and once I finally got my drink it was the worst I’ve ever had! Never go there for chai! The chai and Carmel syrup I ordered was all at the bottom and not mixed at all. Not coming back

I have been to this dunkin many times before, I’ve always had the correct order handed out. Customer service is almost ALWAYS good, well recently this seemingly new worker that looks like he’s never taken an order before, comes out from the back of the store, blaring music and gives me nasty looks! Otherwise this dunkin is great and overall great service from other workers

No signs of an employee from lobby. I looked into back of store to see middle age woman working on making breakfast sandwiches. She was not wearing gloves, was placing bacon onto open sandwiches and seemed confused. She placed something into oven and fiddled with bags. Then took eggs out of oven and THEN she pulled out trash can and removed a piece of bacon from trash, still not wearing gloves and put bacon onto open sandwich on top of eggs. She still has not acknowledged me even though I know she saw me. I left after being ignored for 10 mins. I called store a little later and asked to speak to manager and was told a manager would call me next day (Friday). No call back was made. I think I’ll try health department next! Disgusting!

Food & Drink were so terrible I had to leave a review. The sandwich bread was watery like a wet sponge on cheese, There constantly out of glaze donuts, this would have to be my last time using Dunkin. Go elsewhere support smaller businesses there way more superior…

I have received poor service again. One morning my coffee was cold. Some days it was not made correctly, days I did not receive the donuts I requested. They hired a very nice middle age guy, that could get your order right without fail. He has not been there for a couple of week's. I guess has moved on. The new guy they have at the window is extremely rude. I will not be back.
Went thru the drive thru to get a matcha latte with blueberry. The only thing I tasted was milk and didn’t have a hint of blueberry whatsoever. Went inside to get it remade and even after it was remade it tasted the exact same. Ended up getting a refund. I get this drink all the time at other locations and I’ve never had it taste like just milk.

The staff is so concerned with handling drive-through orders that they disregard people that are actually in the store in person. It is so weird. We got six donuts and one hot coffee drink, and we watched them make other drinks for the drive-thru and just stood there while waiting for ours to be made.
