Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star to this Dunkin location because of how bad they make the drinks. I decided to give them a try again today and the coffee tasted like dirty water and the food was burnt and didn’t taste good. I think employees need to be trained on how to make drinks and food.

There is zero customer service. Drive thru service was horrible and was told to just pull up with an attitude. The drinks were horrible, and we waited forever for our drinks after placing an online order. Will not be back.

I ordered my food 20 minutes ago. I just got here and the employee didn’t even acknowledge me, she looked at me and had no response. When i told her again, they JUST started making my order. Mind you, there’s no one in line or in the drive through. Please DO NOT COME this Dunkin Donuts. Idk who is being hired here but they’re obviously not here to work. It’s completely ridiculous.

Walked inside the store and was greeted with nobody at either counter. You could see the workers standing behind the counter and in the kitchen on their phones, not paying attention to any customers. We waited about 5-7 minutes talking back-and-forth with ourselves and still no one approached to take our order. No wonder this location has a three star rating. Terrible service. doesn’t even deserve a three star rating.

Took 40 minutes and they forgot 2 items. We were in the store. The lady looked clueless. We kept having to remind her of our order and they still gave us the wrong stuff when we unwrapped it at home.
