They couldn't make a frozen coffee correctly. They had 2 chances. Ordered 2 frozen mocha lattes. Got frozen whipped cream. Even said to the young lady behind the counter that the contents of the cup she handed me doesn't look right. Usually it is a medium brown color due to it having coffee in it. This was white. Looked just like whip cream blended with ice. Then I look over at the doughnuts. When I say they have cut back. You have to see for yourself to believe. I thought they were making mini doughnuts. Figured it was something new. So I asked are those something new? To which the young lady replied. No those are the size of them now. Then she politely asked if I wanted one. To which I said no. In my mind I said maybe when they grow up again. So sad I used to love D&D. After this experience it is disappointing.

I've worked in customer service for 30 plus years and have never experienced anything like I did today. All I can say is wow! When our food was tossed, because the people leaving was more important... My mouth dropped. Napkins were all scrunched up in the sack like they had been used... No closing statement like "thank you or goodbye"

Munkins I ordered 1 looked like had mold on it, waited inside for half a hour. The young female working drive thru refused to pay attention or help to 2 new employees that were asking for help. Uber eats driver in front of us waited forever and the order was incomplete. Felt sorry for the new girl at front register, as she was asking for help over headset and out loud and she was ignored. Unfortunately worst dunkin ever been to.

If it wasn't for the fact that I love Dunkin coffee, I would NEVER go here....Service is bad almost every time and food is never warm. And who serves food without napkins?...why do I have to ask everytime? Today the young girl working the drive-thru window was totally rude...to us and the manager. Ho m estly, the worst service of anywhere in Burleson!!!

I've been to dunkins all over the country and some in other countries. This is unironically the worst one I've ever been to in every possible way. Everyday my order is wrong, cold, or taste like a mooses knuckle. I'm genuinely impressed with how often it's possible to screw up coffee. I've been given the wrong size coffee, cold coffee, not flavored with what I asked for coffee, no cream coffee, no sugar coffee and asked to pull up for coffee with only one or two people in the drive thru. Place is an absolute zoo.

Went to the drive thru everyone had there headset on i couldn’t figure out who was talking to me. i ordered a hot latte with a few pumps and some bagel bites. My cup was covered in coffee the color of the coffee was extremely suspicious it didn’t even taste like a hot latte and the bagel bites were sogggy.

I went through the drive through this morning at about 10:30. There was one car in front of me and the line didn't move for 5+ minutes. So, I walked in and the cashier told me to hold on. I waited about minutes and just left without any service. Maybe it was the people wanting complex drinks that take forever to make, but I'm not going back. Lousy service.

They’re taking some orders through the drive through for certain people. And had a car they handed food to through the drive through and did others while they told me the drive through was closed. When I went to use the restroom, they laughed and said there’s no toilet paper. Then when I asked if they had some to replace it. The one young girl came out with a bunch of rolled up paper towels or something. Both of them had no cares and laughed. The one girl said oh I’m sorry will be right with you while she was making a drink I believe for herself? Because if no orders are being taken through the drive through and nobody is in the lobby but me and another gentleman who are you making a drink for? Some folks they’re serving through the drive through and some not. I’m guessing managers and owners know nothing of these two employees and whoever else is working today. Grew up with Dunkin' and this place doesn't compair! Just ordered a donut and bagel! WATCHED them take a bagel from a package! When I asked they said they do make the bagels but ran out so got some from walmart!! What???Oh but she did have some "fresh" ones in the back and it was the farthest from fresh! This dunkin is a freaking joke!

place donks. we were the only people in line and two drinks took like ten or fifteen minutes. literally was just watching the dude standing there looking around and talking to coworkers cluelessly. they were out of all ingredients other than mocha and caramel. my mocha latte was straight up milk and ice. cup wasn’t even completely full. so bad this experience was a core memory for my partner and i for how hilariously awful the drinks were.
