I'm honestly so disappointed. I ordered on the app for the first time and it was horrible. We confirmed the order and had to wait which is fine but when we got it it was luke warm, no whip cream and 0 candy cane flavor. I ordered the candy cane hot cocoa with whip cream extra sweet. This is the first and hopefully last time I'm disappointed by dutch bros. Staff was nice but maybe they're overwhelmed and thats how they made the mistake but it doesn't change the fact I paid like $8 for a drink that taste like warm water. Picture is right after I took the first sip.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor attitude and lack of customer service. The staff members are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Instead of being respectful or offering solutions, they seemed annoyed by basic questions. Good customer service is about professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of that. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated accordingly. Please start hiring people who ACTUALLY LIKE their jobs. THAK YOU :)

Was disappointed today the order taker stood and chit chatted with the first person in line for over 5 minutes. Once I was able to place my order and go to the window the girl inside was very pleasant.
I drink a lot of coffee and dairy, but every single time I've gotten dutch bros, I've gotten so sick. I got coffee there the other day because i haven't had it in a while and i had to go to the hospital that night due to food poisoning. Stomach hurt so unbelievably bad, had to take multiple bathroom trips, I've decided I'm never going there again.
