Everytime I go here my opinion of the drinks goes down. I used to give it a solid 3.5 stars, nothing fancy, limited build your own options, but decent boba. However my milk tea today tastes like milk and water walked by a jug of tea and wouldn’t even make eye contact with it. Gross. And tepid, not cold. The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it’s cute, clean, and the workers are always sweet, albeit pretty clueless on their flavor offerings.

I hope whoever owns this location knows that they turn away $ and customers 20 min before close. The employees say they no longer have boba or black tea. If an establishment is open until 8pm it should remain open and available to order all menu items. To be out of the two main items you advertise is not acceptable. I have a suspicion it is the very young employees taking it upon themselves to close when they want. Just thought the owners should know.

Hands down my son and I's absolute favorite boba shop🧋 top tier flavors, really reasonable prices. Apparently they've got some super bougie hella delicious desserts as well.

Great tasting tea, friendly staff. Only complaint is the smell of sewage: Not very pleasant to sit around with the stench.

If you are looking for great tea, good vibes, and great taste in music this is the spot. Special shout out to Riya and Suju they make this the place to be!

Grace and her Team are wonderful! Consistently delicious drinks, hospitality and customer service that are 2nd to none! While i had never met Grace,I had only seen her behind the counter when i visited. She remembered I usually came in with my beautiful granddaughter. This is an excellent place with even more excellent management, come here often for your favorite drinks!

Great tea, but almost always out of the tea I get. I worked at a tea bar and we always stayed on top of brewing to ensure that we never ran out. Wish they would do the same. Especially when they know it is an issue (multiple reviews saying the same).

I've came here a couple times over the last couple years. The place has evolved and looks better and better each time I go in. Great staff and excellent customer service! Their taro root is the best!!!

i can’t get enough of this place i tried pistachio cake for the first time and i loved it ? service is always great thank you !! my go to matcha latte with the salted foam
