I'd love to review the food but customer service was horrible. Walked in for the first time ever and wasn't greeted or offered any assistance. I waited a minute or two, nothing. I'll pass. I don't do poor customer service.

I love this place. I have never had an issue, and I've been here at least 20 times by now - not just for me, but for my two small sons who LOVE picking out a fun drink for themselves on the tablet. The orders have always been correct and timely. A lot of the workers are awkward teenagers who don't necessarily communicate comfortably, cut them some slack. Also, if you're unsure about how a drink is prepared, ask them or look through the tablet - it's way more descriptive on the tablet than on their menu behind the counter.

My favorite drinks are the Mango au Lait (an absolute winner) and the Dirty Creme Brulee. I tried several other things and they were almost all great... I did not like the ridiculous amount of unripe, flavorless strawberry chunks I got in their strawberry tea drink, though. Probably won't bother trying that one again.

Anyway, I'll be back a million times more.

This is false advertising at its finest the dirty taro drink advertised on their website looks nothing like it at all the one I received was all white nothing compared to the picture of purple and white it's like night and day if this is not false advertising I don't know what is I won't be coming back for sure.

Horrible customer service. First time coming here and they are sold out of everything. Had to change my order three times because they ran out of specific tea and other ingredients. The ordering system doesn't specify if the drink already comes with Tapioca. When I asked if I could remove the tapioca and place another one instead like I ordered. Said that I could fix my order. They also said that I would have to make it in the notes section. I was unaware of this. Very rude and Unpleasant. Would not recommend.

Perhaps this is my bias but I don't like places where I have to know the secret code to order. I ordered a coffee. I got a cup full of ice with a very small amount of drink. The drink was so highly sweetened that I could hardly drink it. And all of that for nearly $6.

I was told by those in my group that I can tell them more or less ice, more or less sweetened, etc.

Why wasn't I asked for my preferences on things? As I said, they assume I know the secret code. I reject the very idea. It tries to make me feel stupid for not ordering correctly.

Which goes to my second bias. I will not provide a tip prior to service. They build it into the payment process and I won't do it. I was happy for that here. I got little service therefore I won't pay more for what I didn't get.

So, for anyone coming after me, ask for little or no ice, and go for very low sweetness. Or, go somewhere else.
