The workers were slacking off took more than 30minutes to get order. Didn’t start making drink till we asked for it since it was taking a while. And they didn’t even have the boba to make the drink.

My boyfriend and I ordered on the tablet on the store and our number was 132. There were multiple people who came in after us and order at the register who received their drinks before us. We waited half an hour for our drinks. I stood where you pick up the drinks to talk with someone and no one acknowledged me at all or asked if I needed anything. There were people in the store before use who order and hadn't received their drinks just yet either. Very disappointed will not come back.

We use to drive all the way to Fort Worth before. So glad we have it really close now. They have cakes that are not on the menu online. Everyone needs to try those. Buy it inside... Those cakes are always fresh and melts in your mouth and very delicious. And the drinks are all my favorite. Definitely better than Starbucks.
