I just left firehouse with a meatball sub.That was not wrapped.Just throwed in the container now.I have to eat it with a fork out of the container that it's stuck to all over. I could understand it if you were busy but there were 2 people there.There's no reason for her not to rap my same as before.She put it in the container.I will never come back to this firehouse.Again, thank you.Have a good day

Who puts a unwrapped pickle on top of a cold sandwich? (2 BTW) This location does. All the juice from the two pickles turned the bread into slop. My sandwich was sitting in a cardboard boat of Literal slime. Go to Jason's deli where they actually wrap the pickle or ask if you even want one. Stay far from this location. Unless you love bread slime smothered in vinegar. This made the overpriced sandwich un-edible. I poured it straight in the trash.

Used a coupon.. You can only delete what comes on a sandwich no adding. If you don't use a coupon you may make a lot of modifications. Was disappointed.. sandwich with just lettuce tomatoes and onions is boring to me. I was willing to pay for different things but it wasn't an option.

My 15-year-old son went inside to purchase his meal. When he returned, he looked visibly upset. Concerned, I asked him what happened. He said, “Mama, I had my hand out to get my cup from her. She saw my hand, so why would the lady deliberately avoid putting it in my hand?”
I decided to go inside and address the situation. As I walked in, I wasn’t greeted with a “hello” or “welcome in,” which is customary in most establishments. I stood at the register for a while, and although four Caucasian employees saw me, none acknowledged my presence. Eventually, one came over and asked, “May I help you?”
I calmly asked, “Which one of you didn’t hand my son his cup?” She replied, “It was me.” I then asked her why she didn’t hand it to him directly. Her response was, “I always do it that way; I never hand a customer a cup.”
I explained to her that this behavior was both rude and, in my view, racially motivated. I stand by that perspective. At other Firehouse Subs locations, if an employee doesn’t hand a cup directly to a customer, they typically say, “Ma’am, you can get your cup here.” This lack of courtesy and professionalism was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
