I love firehouse, it’s one of my favorite places and definitely my favorite sandwich place the problem is recently you all of a sudden can’t order any brownies or chocolate chip cookies and there are only four options for chips. Where are the Mrs Vickie’s BBQ and Baked Lays BBQ? All of our favorite things BFF a have suddenly become unavailable and I don’t understand why. Chocolate chip cookies are the most well loved cookie and they only have oatmeal or celebration cookies now and now brownies! You guys needs to order supplies and update the delivery apps with these options and make all the chop options available on the apps too. Makes no sense to have 10 different chip types in store and four of the worst available to select on uber eats and door dash.

Felt like getting a sub today, and well, I always get the Italian and it was yummy. I smothered it with the Captain Sorensen’s Datil Pepper Hot Sauce and it was delicious. I just wish that they gave thicker pickles, since the ones they give are sliced so thin. My boyfriend got the sweet and spicy meatballs and he liked it, but the ratio was a bit off, since there was too much bread. Overall, it was pretty yummy.

I love Firehouse Subs food and I love the rewards, however everytime I go there no one ever asks if im a part of the rewards program. I usually forget to mention it because im always in a hurry or on a lunch break so I have not been able to contribute to my points the last two times I ordered. To me that should just be a general question that they ask just like how can I help you.

do not order from this location. the franchise owner can't keep staff bc he under cuts their checks and treats everyone horribly. he makes 17/ 18 yr old girls cry when they ask where there overtime money is.. when she asked he turned around and wrote her up and told her not to come in the rest of the week. he is a fraud and uses retaliation when he is questioned. all of the lead managers have all quiet and now he is doing the same thing to these young employees. u should be ashamed of urself for not paying ur employees what they have rightfully earned.

When they get the orders right, its great!! 😊 But last couple of times to go, they are rushing orders. We get home to everything being wrong on the sandwiches and missing items. Bummer. Going to start checking before we pull away.

I just left firehouse with a meatball sub.That was not wrapped.Just throwed in the container now.I have to eat it with a fork out of the container that it's stuck to all over. I could understand it if you were busy but there were 2 people there.There's no reason for her not to rap my same as before.She put it in the container.I will never come back to this firehouse.Again, thank you.Have a good day

Who puts a unwrapped pickle on top of a cold sandwich? (2 BTW) This location does. All the juice from the two pickles turned the bread into slop. My sandwich was sitting in a cardboard boat of Literal slime. Go to Jason's deli where they actually wrap the pickle or ask if you even want one. Stay far from this location. Unless you love bread slime smothered in vinegar. This made the overpriced sandwich un-edible. I poured it straight in the trash.

Used a coupon.. You can only delete what comes on a sandwich no adding. If you don't use a coupon you may make a lot of modifications. Was disappointed.. sandwich with just lettuce tomatoes and onions is boring to me. I was willing to pay for different things but it wasn't an option.
