This location is absolutely terrible, workers Standing around not helping at all. The dining area is always gross with chairs everywhere and crumbs.The food was not worth the outrageous price for 2 subs. Soggy and assembled awful. This location has been going downhill as the months go by. Desperately needs new employees. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Sarah, the GM, is amazing. Had a need due to an allergy and she caught her teams REPEATED mistakes. Very good service as she was coaching the staff and provided corrections. Great job! We keep coming back due to her care and courteous service!

If i could give zero stars a million times i would. I went in and ordered a Cajun chicken small extra onion. This is what they gave me and i took the picture at the register. I asked for the manager a young boy stated he was the manager and told me it was the guy first day ( it was 4 boys behind the counter in the sandwich area not to mention the ingredients on the menu in the wall) and he also said “ i don’t know what to tell you” i stated that if it is an employee first day then he should be trained. They were rude the recipe said the cashier name was V. No one else had issues with their sandwich i honestly believe they were being racist and thought it was funny. I have been to this location many times and had NEVER experienced THIS!!!!
Ridiculous that they won't let kids add vegetables to their sandwich. Do regular sandwiches get a discount if they don't want vegetables? Had to pay $11 for my son's small combo because he wanted tomatoes and pickles.

The manager and the staff are always welcoming and the restaurant always looks and smells great (like sandwich heaven!) Only complaint is that the pulled pork sandwich isn’t a permanent menu item.

5 employees and only a few customers. While none were helping customers, they were just standing around talking. All tables were dirty. I had to wipe the table and chairs clean before sitting down. Floor was covered in crumbs and chips.
