Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burleson/Ft. Worth by IHG

We stay each year around the same time to visit family. Same friendly staff, same hot & delicious breakfast, same warm and welcoming staff.

Great location. Hotel is more worried about the dollar than the guest. Over priced for a Holiday Inn express.

We booked the Holiday Inn Express in Burleson, Texas in December so that we could stay overnight following a concert in June. A problem occurred early on when the room reservation was canceled due to the credit card on file being deactivated. While I understand that may be policy, a simple fix would be sending an email to the customer prior to an abrupt cancelation. With quite a bit of effort, that was resolved. Unfortunately, the concert was postponed twice on short notice, but we were allowed to move the reservation both times to accommodate the new date, which we appreciated.

As far as the amenities go, this Holiday Inn is above average. The room was clean, the pull-out bed sufficient, and the air conditioner was cold. The breakfast offering was a cut above some others with a decent selection. The front desk workers were pleasant to work with and there was no wait to check in or check out. The location is reasonably convenient at about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. If you are coming from the North, however, you will have to traverse quite a bit of freeway with toll charges.

The room was wonderful the man at the front that works nights is so rude he would not give me his name I called about a charge that appeared right after I checked out instead of talking about ways to go about resolving it he hung up when I called back the first time he didn’t answer and the second time he hung up in my face again he has such poor customer service that is not how you treat any customer at all I’m so disappointed with it when i spoke with the manager Shirley she was awsome sweet and resolved my issue besides the night person my overall stay was great 🥰

Clean and convenient

I've stayed here for a little over 8 months straight. Customer Service was absolutely wonderful and refreshing. From Max all the way down the the cleaning ladies! The bacon was awesome and my room was cleaned daily with no issues! Definitely will be back, Thanks Holiday Inn Burlenson TEAM!

Been living in hotels for the past month and this place makes you feel like you’re at home. Shirley, is an amazing woman (she deserves a raise). Robert goes out of his way for you and always has a smile on his face. Then the kitchen staff for the hotel breakfast is top notch. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Hash browns and the little potatoes bites they put out are crispy and well done. Tastes like Arby’s curly fries (no cap). Had a great experience here. Highly recommend staying here. God bless.

The hotel is doing its best but can’t get more than 3 stars. Our room had trash on the floor when we arrived. We asked for top floor away from elevator and received 2nd floor next to elevator and they said there was nothing they can do. The staff started to communicate via text then stopped. They tried but can’t give it more than 3 stars.

I had a rate issue between booking And check-in. Mrs. Shirley was extremely helpful with sorting out and fixing the issue. She was friendly, polite, and very helpful.

Great area to stay at as well. There are plenty of restaurants around.

Hotel was very good. It has an inside pool but too cold. Jaccussi is great even do it was closed I still sneaked in. Fixed my feet pain.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely unwelcoming and treated me with clear disrespect. The way I was spoken to and looked at made me feel singled out and uncomfortable the entire time. No guest should ever feel judged or unwelcome, but that’s exactly how I felt throughout my stay. On top of that, the hotel itself was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty when I arrived I saw stained sheets, grimy bathroom surfaces, and trash that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I saw roaches crawling near the bed and in the bathroom. It was beyond unacceptable and honestly disturbing.Between the filthy conditions and the terrible treatment from staff, this place completely ruined my trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and treats guests with basic respect.

This hotel is SO extremly racist. I came with my family and we were expecting a nice welcome but instead we got welcomed with snarky racist comments, Just because we were hispanics. We stayed for 2-3 days to enjoy a good getaway but the owners ruined it for us. They did not make us feel welcome whatsoever they kept making bad comments towards us we felt unseen and unwelcome. This place is such a HORRIBLE place to stay at. Yes it might look nice but the people running it are the absolute worst of the worst. We are in 2026 there’s no need for no more racist commentary. So if you’re planning on staying here book at your own risk because they WILL do the same to you aswell. Don’t always go by what others say it’s not always true. I will not be coming here ever again I hope the owners grow up and realize what they did and said was absolutely disgusting , disrespectful and disgraceful to us people of color.
