Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burleson/Ft. Worth, an IHG Hotel

I highly recommend this HI Express. Although the location is somewhat isolated, it was easy to get to, very quiet, and extremely well kept. A much nicer room than you'd expect from an economy stay. Nice room, tall ceilings, luxurious bed and bedding.
Great people work there and they dish up a great filling breakfast. Coffee is available 24x7!
I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful staff! Excellent breakfast!!! They have the best coffee dispenser that grinds coffee beans for each cup of coffee! The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean and cozy! The only problem we had was our keys never worked. We had to go downstairs twice to get them re activated.

I worked the 26-hour shift at work so I pre-registered for my room paid online pre-checked in online and then when I got here at 4:30 in the morning Beatrice refused to give me a room and wanted me to pay for another night in order to sleep

Nice, but disappointed that the hot tub was not heated

Poor customer service. Staff that is dishonest about attempts to cancel and GM who refuses to return calls to resolve the issue.

Travel here for business every month, definitely a great choice for a good stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable. If you a rewards member they have sign welcoming you in. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is plenty food options around the hotel as well.

We got in our room the toilet was clogged and the beds were DIRTY! They had green stains the pillows were yellow.The service honestly isn’t that great. I have a 14 year old and the pool rules clearly state 14 and older can be there well she went in yelling and clapping her hands telling her to get and she needs to leave. The house keeping walked into our room 2 different times while we were sleeping! Honestly not worth the money unless your desperate.

Double Queen Suite was NOT what I expected.
And, the pool is creepy looking and filthy.
Room furniture is dated and stained. Carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade.
Not the Holiday Inn quality I expected. This stay felt like we stayed in a motel.
Staying at this location as a IHG member and earning my points was not worth it. Next time we visit Burleson I’ll take our chance at the Hilton 2 minutes away.

Overall good, just need to fix bathroom ceiling fan an light. Higher toilet seats would be a plus. Thanks

Stayed here last night, they have bed bugs. Contacted the front desk about it and they said management would reach out to me today about it and never heard anything so here’s to the outstanding management.
