Pho was awesome. My favorite part was the noodles they as a slight bite to them still witch is really enjoy. Some place over cook there but not here!
We came in and we were greeted right away. Our food came out quick and fast and hot. Great quality. The wait staff did a great job making us feel comfortable to eat in here.

First time trying , and last time for sure. Ordered some chicken pho to go and got home and only to find out there was a maggot/worm in it. I’m pretty disgusted.

I've been eating at House of Pho for about 2 years and have never had a non-pleasant experience. The house special 'P1' is really good, highly recommended. Add to that Thai Tea with pearls and dinner is served. The tables and floors are always clean, customer service is great, very attentive. I really like this place and will continue ordering from them for the foreseeable future. My only criticism would be with having no delivery options. It would be nice to allow DoorDash or any other delivery service. Currently it's dine-in or pickup only.
Update: Today I ordered 2 P1s and the taste was slightly bitter and and the noodles weren't cooked/ tougher. This happened once about 3 to 4 months ago, and I thought it was a one-time thing. It's eatable but if it was my first experience, I wouldn't go back. Not enough to change my review at this time.

The staff was great, I am a semi regular customer and I tried to order something new (Kung Pao Chicken) and it was absolutely disgusting. The food was very bland, the chicken did not taste good at all (it honestly didnt even taste like chicken...I had everyone at the table try the chicken and they saod the exact same thing. It was bad and didnt taste or feel like chicken and was flavorless) everything I ate had no flavor, and the rice was kind of dry. They have a new policy in place that they couldn't take the food back so I was still charged and didn't eat any but that's fine. Honestly after eating a bite I got nauseated and felt like I had food poisoning I didn't even want my sweet tea. (FYI I have eaten other food by them that tasted really good. This was my first experience having bad food at this place. And honestly the overall experience made me never want to come back.) Wish the staff could move to another location because I like them a lot, and I hate they get backlash for the way the owner has decided to operate the store. Some of the staff can be a little condescending and rude overall they were much better than the food.
TL;DR first time I had a really bad experince. Staff was great but food was horrid. Honestly I do not intend to come back.

Been going here for four years, each time my kids love this place. Today Sept 29th they officially lost me and my family as customers, I ordered extra meatballs for my soup knowing full well I was gonna get charged extra, but when u try to sell me a soup with 4 meat balls then u talk to the staff and he swears he put 12 meat balls I feel like the math does not compute? Also a customer can request to sit in a both if wishes.

This service is excellent they on top of the game with speed and they check in to make sure you're okay. Amazing soup! and noodles.
I've talked with them several times about their V1 beef tasting just like leather and chews like leather. I highly recommend not choosing beef but the pork is pretty good. I've let the managed know a couple of times this is an issue and no change. I really like coming here but it just doesn't seem like they care about their customers comments for how to improve, especially lately. I have been coming here since they've opened no other good place to go that's close for Vietnamese cuisine.

If I was rating on the customer service alone the only good was our server whom used to be the manager. We found a hair in our springs as soon as service started, but we tried hard not to judge and keep our hopes up. The crab rangoons were actually good however I had the beef and noodle pho and it tasted off, I had all of maybe five bites? Really tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. The meatballs tasted frozen and looked like a mystery meat in it and the flank steak was unflavored and tough. The whole dish tasted so bad I wanted to puke. I told the nice serve and asked to switch dishes because I really wanted to like the food, I ordered a new dish and waited. The server came back and said the manager and owner were going to make us pay for beef noodle soup anyway because I ate most of the meat. I had five damn bites! He tried to get us half off and they said no. So I cancled my second dish and ended up paying for a bowl of soup I hardly even touched. All they want is money and they don’t care about your experience.

I been wanting to try pho for the longest and finally did tonight. No complaints. Destiny our waitress was attentive and professional . The food was fresh and hot. Wonderful experience
