Fast and easy to get tea!
The tea is not as flavorful as it was when I first started going a few years ago. Also the app is an ongoing issue with receiving and redeeming points. For the price I expect a premium product.
Love this place and the manager is amazingly kind.
Excellent place to get some amazing flavors of tea.
The tea at this location could definitely be better—it lacks flavor and tastes watered down. At first, I thought it might just be how they brew it, but then I visited the North Richland Hills location, and the difference was night and day. Their tea was full of flavor and actually enjoyable.
Curious about the contrast, I asked an employee at North Richland Hills why their tea tasted so much better than the Burleson location. He explained that they clean their containers weekly and don’t “recycle” old tea. Apparently, at the Burleson location, they mix fresh tea with old tea instead of cleaning the containers regularly, which can water it down and dull the flavor.
To the owner of this location: please consider cleaning your tea containers weekly and avoid recycling the tea so much. It makes a huge difference in taste—and it’s the reason I now drive farther just to get a decent cup
Love it best place to get tea with so many flavors you really should check them out..
Flavors galore 😋
This was my first time ever trying this place. I will say it was a little confusion on the drink flavors and the available sizes. We ordered the Dirty Cherry Poppi and the Strawberry Passion. I was a little let down on the Strawberry Passion, as it tasted bland. I was expecting it to be a little more strawberry-ish and sweet. Overall, the customer service was great, as she explained the option of coming inside on the next visit for a taste test, the benefits of downloading the app, and the different options of beverages. 🍒🍓🥤🥤
Friendly staff, rarely have a long wait at this location and the drinks are amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop by, you won't be disappointed!
Love LOVE this place. Fast and friendly! The tea is always fresh, taste great, and hits that spot on a hot summer day.

Always clean and many tea choices. Would be great to have hot teas one day, also a little more friendlier greeters/employees.
Love that this location has the coffee options because not all of them do. The young women staff always seem to have attitude in the drive thru and on the speaker for some reason so I’m not a fan of their lack of customer service… but the drinks are yummy. Love the iced orchard coffee and the sweet coconut!!!
It was a great experience as always, the visit earlier was great and so was the tea. It is always a great experience when I stop by. All the employees and bosses are super nice and friendly and they all have great customer service. One of the cool employee staff members there one time actually found my wallet I misplaced many months ago and she found it and reach out to me to and gave it back to me. That was super sweet and awesome of her to do. Thank you again for helping me out with that. That made my day better with your act of kindness. All the staff members here at the Burleson location are really professional and nice and they all do a great job and are customer friendly. Keep up with the great work and always rooting for you all for the best. I would suggestion definitely visiting this store if you haven't been. It is definitely worth your time and money.
At 2 pm, happy hour starts, and the drinks are super cheap. I ordered four huge cups and only paid about $7; it's super good, and you can make your own drinks and sample them.
I come to get the tea here almost daily. Today, I stopped in with my husband as usual for tea. I brought an empty styrofoam cup I had from sonic to stop at Quick Trip to put ice in it, but had an idea to fill it with ice at HTeaO, rather than having to make another stop on the way home at Quick Trip. The cashier was going to charge me .95 for the ice, but I told her, I brought my own cup and I only needed ice. I said, I have my own cup, and she looked at me smugly and said, but it's their ice. So my husband poured it out and we went to a Quick Trip to fill my cup with ice. As always, they gave me ice with a smile on their face and that is just one reason why I love Quick Trip. I really like the tea at HTeaO, but I think I'll go back to McAlister's for tea after being treated so rudely over frozen water.
