We had an issue on a late night visit. I went in and spoke the the manager a couple days later during the day. They absolutely made right on the issue. The service was great on our return visit and the manager was very friendly.

Me and my family stopped by on a busy Friday morning. We were so impressed with the food and service. Management really has made some changes from even a few months back! The young lady Melissa greeted us at the door with a very welcoming smile even with a restaurant full of people. She walked us to the table and made my kids happy with little conversations. She even stopped by to make sure we were taken care of our entire visit. The steak tips were very fresh and We also got New York cheesecake pancakes and they were great! Thank you ihop we will be back.

Went for Dinner New Year’s Eve. Group of 8. We had great service from DK. But the food was not good. 4 of us were not happy with what we received. I will speak only for myself though. I should have just stuck with breakfast but I ordered the new fisherman’s platter. A ) everyone laughed as they got huge plates of food and pancakes . B) i got 2 small greasy pieces of fish and 5 shrimp that might as well been popcorn shrimp. C) They do not have tartar sauce or malt vinegar for the fish. Those condiments should be standard if you are serving fish and chips plates. Glad there was food at the party.

Server was friendly and attentive. Floor was filthy, food was terrible. Barely cooked bacon, crispy hash browns apparently means, re-fired half cooked hash browns that require a steak knife to cut. Zero butter on barely warm toast.

We waited to be seated about 15 min. Noone att3nd us at all. They saw us waiting but they kept busy themselves. But one of them can take time to seat us. They had plenty of tables available. But not take us there. So we fed up and left. We felt we were invisible customers

Dont go here or less you half a hour to be waited on. Manager Rowdy that worked on 11/24 at 10pm. Only one that was doing there job was the cook.i ended up walking out without even ordering. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Food was top notch. The young man who served me was completely fantastic! Very personable and prompt. As far as atmosphere, I do like country music, but a little variety is important. I would not work there, I can't imagine listening my whole shift, I was ready to jump off a cliff and I was only there for my meal!!

The last couple of times I have been here, I opened the door and walked in and stood there for far too long without being greeted. Restaurant employees are walking back-and-forth, and they do not acknowledge you at all. We literally did not even eat there. The last two times I wanted to IHOP, we ended up walking out the door because we waited for an unreasonable amount of time before deciding to go somewhere else. It used to not be like this.

Went to get some breakfast after a very long night of drinking . I show up get seated right away the hostess says she will bring a waiter and I sat there for 30 minutes as I can see 2 waiters on the other side of the restaurant just talking. Not a single water was brought to me I stood up looked around they made eye contact and there was no one else but me in the IHOP . After waiting for those 30 minutes and no service I just left I didn't even get a water terrible customer service

This is my favorite IHOP location! The wait times vary depending on the time and day you visit but for the most part it isn't too terrible. Staff is great, from the hostess, to the servers, to everyone! For this specific visit we got Ramon as our server - can't say enough good things - attentive, funny, kind & fast. We will keep coming back.
