The food was pretty good today no complaints there. It was a little annoying that there was no regular Pepsi, but not a big deal.

My only suggestion would be read the room a little better.. a bunch of old people and a family with their toddlers don’t wanna listen to club music and slow jams 🤦🏻‍♂️. Me as an average Joe walking in by myself for a quick bite definitely doesn’t wanna listen to it either pick a normal family appropriate station and not some bs they would play at a strip club

I visited IHOP today with a craving for steak tips, eggs, and grits — I even passed up Waffle House just to come here. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start.

When I began placing my order, my server Chrissy interrupted me mid-sentence to “go check” with the kitchen to see if they had the steak tips. She later explained the truck had just arrived, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and rushed.

I also tried to order grits, but was told they no longer serve them — and instead of suggesting an alternative, I had to ask. When it came to pancakes, I wanted pecans, but that wasn’t available either. Chrissy suggested the pecan syrup instead, which I agreed to — but when the meal arrived, she forgot to bring it. I also asked for steak sauce, which they didn’t have.On a positive side the coffee was awesome.

Throughout the visit, she didn’t seem very attentive or genuine about my needs as a guest. However, when it was time to pay and I hadn’t left right away, she asked twice if I needed anything — it felt like she was rushing me out.

Overall, the service lacked care, attentiveness, and hospitality. I left feeling very displeased with the visit and will likely think twice before choosing this IHOP location again.

They were yelling at the chef the whole time for dropping one of my pancakes ( undercooked by the way) on the floor and still served it to me!
We waited like 20 minutes for them to ask for drinks and didn’t get refills for 30 minutes and didn’t get food for 30 minutes after that barely anyone 4 tables before us didn’t even get any food for almost an hour poor making of food was shocked by how they look got eggs wrong asked for fried got scrambled instead and two tables got special treatment for working here and we got treated poorly if you can’t do 24 hours don’t make it 24 hours the only good thing here was the tea.

The food was amazing and I ordered an omelette with a lot of cheese and the cook, Scott made my omelette perfect! The best place to eat. My girls and me absolutely loved the waitress Mia. Everyone go eat there and have Scott make your food!!

Really enjoyed the family outing & IHOP Burleson made the day get off to a fantastic start! Kevin (our waiter) was prompt, courteous, and went out of his busy way to fill drinks and verify any of our needs. Oh, the food was delicious, hot, and exactly what we asked for.
Give it a go for any time of day breakfast, lunch, or dinner items.

I give five stars for the service because of the manager we came in the waitress was busy the manager seat us down and other tables down she took our drinks order and also took our order and took other tables as well she then brought the drinks and less than 10 minutes she brought our food we were impressed gave us refill of our drinks and she told us our server will be right with us the server came she was really nice to our amazing surprise our check came and it was not even a name on it was the sever name and my siblings were like wow she did not even took the order in the name that's our first time seeing that because normally managers who took the order and keep it in your name and will get the top but she did not do that she transferred the ticket to a server that was really sweet of her she was nice the server was nice the food was good too thank you Ms sky we'll be right back again

Honestly had one of the worst experiences last night. We went in around 10:30-11, a rare treat for us because we have differing schedules. Everything was fine until after we ordered and were waiting for our food. The kitchen was loud and being rude to the servers (maybe it was banter but it definitely didn’t come off that way) I ordered pot roast and when it came to the table it was so unappealing first the pot roast was about three bites worth and looked incredibly dry, there was no sauce with it and the mashed potatoes looked like the y had been cooked in a bag and rolled onto the plate. I said “is this a joke” and the server said. “I asked that too and I was told this is the correct portion.” I sent it back and could hear the kitchen clear as day “yeah I’m not surprised it’s a wonder we have never sold one pot roast. So like what do they want?” The server was like nothing then asked what to do with the plate. We had also ordered a side of gravy for my wife’s hashbrowns which had not come to the table and we weren’t going to ask for again but then a few minuets later our server was arguing with the cooks over if they dropped the correct pancake and I guess noticed the gravy he asked why there was a gravy in the pass and the cook said “it was for your table with the pot roast I guess you don’t need it now.” And then another server said “who orders pot roast with white gravy?” In a disgusted tone. At that point we were done. I’m not gonna lie we made a scene we got up and I was like “can I just get the check cause I don’t want to be here anymore.” They were really confused and my wife was like “we can hear y'all talking shit about us.” The cook yelled back so I repeated what they had said and one of the servers looked mortified but the cook just yelled back so my wife went to the register to get our check and when she asked for the MOD we weren’t told the cook was the MOD. We left and went to Waffle House, we will not be back to this IHOP.

I ordered pickup...i ordered an omelet and pancakes...they forgot the pancakes and i didn't notice until I got all the way home..sad thing is, I asked the lady for extra syrup..she said sure and there's some in the bag also...gave me 2 syrups...how about there was none in the bag..why.. because they forgot the damn pancakes..smh
