As a customer, do not expect to have any real communication with the staff. They prefer standing in the kitchen and blabbing. One was standing talking on the phone with someone's food right in front of her. She didn't prepare anything for 4 minutes while talking. As a Delivery Driver, walk up to them and tell them their order. They avoid looking at you and will let you stand there for 10 minutes if you don't make a move. Went the other day. It was super slow in that one waitress had 10 or more tables and basically no one in the back. This is what we get for going in the evening instead of morning rush. Mornings are generally better at this place, stay away if you want pancakes for dinner!

The food was great but the customer service was terrible the lady that took us to our seat ask what we wanted to drink we informed her and than had to tell the waitress twice what we wanted to drink…..The waiter took our order and we waited and waited and than came and said she don’t know what happened to our order had to give it to her again and than again…..we had to ask for things more than once the waiter can’t remember nothing….we came to this one cause our last visit was everything customer service was very great along with the food…and no it wasn’t crowded…. Don’t think I will come back to this one anytime soon

Not sure what was going on tonight. We came in hungry from traveling. No greeter at the front desk. A worker came to the front desk, did not acknowledge us, and went back to cleaning tables. Workers in the cooking area were standing around talking. Only about one or two people in the back preparing food. We waited a few seconds more then left.

This was the nastiest place ever, don’t ever eat there. The customer service was terrible, we had to wait for five minutes to be seated, another five minutes for the server. But there was hardly anyone there and the food was lousy. I only ordered French toast breakfast with shell eggs soft scrambled. Eggs over cooked and cold, French toast was cold the butter wouldn’t melt. The table was cleaned with a greasy rag, we had to clean it again ourselves, this was at 10:00 am on Monday morning and they were not busy. My advice to you is to not go there, big mistake

Ordered DoorDash since we are moving out of our apartment tomorrow. The first order had no syrup and no silverware. Unfortunately all of ours is packed up. Rather than being upset about it, we decided to just order a second time. We even added the option for extra syrup and silverware. Second order again came with none of these items. Absolutely terrible. Will never be ordering ihop again.

Honestly it started of great but after I asked a question about drink prices me and my friend heard in the back "oh she's probably black." Like?? Oh! That was very odd, but the food is still great non the less. Just ignore what happens back in the kitchen.

So I order and they got my order wrong and I order a Oreo milkshake and they forgot it and I was waiting for it and then my food came and everything but no drink nothing so I hadded eat like that and my eggs were cold I will never come back again

"I came in for lunch around 2 p.m. and was left waiting at the front with no one greeting me. After about 10 minutes, a young server seated me. Despite the place being nearly empty, I was then ignored by the staff. Two servers saw me from the cook station but made no effort to serve or acknowledge me. It was a disappointing experience, especially with only two other patrons present. The lack of attention and service was unacceptable."
