To many egg shell pieces in my breakfast sandwiches the last couple of times of been there.
Me and my mom had just gotten off work and wanted some food, almost no one there so we went to jack in the box and waited 20 minutes and there was someone behind us. The drive thru person said the wrong total after we even asked if he added everything. When we finally got to the window we got our food but he hadn't even made my ONE drink yet. In the 20 minutes we waited, it was supposed to be no ice yet i still got ice to. Do better.

You can't beat those sinfully delicious Jack in a box tacos. This location had exceptional service. There were two ladies working the drive-through, and they were both very friendly and insured they got my order just right and that I had all the sauces, dressings, etc to go with it.

I came through the drive through @ 440am. This location is advertised as 24hours. The associate at the drive thru tried to refuse me service until I told them I had made an online order. I ordered some monster tacos.... never in my life have they ever been coated in a syrup! Not only did they try and deny my service they sabotaged my food by adding syrup on them! Corprate should look into whatever they did to my order....

For the second time in a month they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Prices in store are higher than the app. No way to add a visit to get your points when you can't order from the app.

Stay away from this place. Severely understaffed, unresponsive, and untrained. I placed a mobile order here last Sunday. Order was estimated to be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes. When I finally got to the window I found one associate working, and that my order was not ready. They were still waiting on part of my order. With 2 upset kids in the car I asked to be refunded for the item not ready and just get the rest of my food so I could leave. I was told the associate didn’t know how to do that and would have to get someone from the back to help her. I told her not to worry about it. She then went back to running the counter. She was handling money and food back and forth with no gloves and no hand washing. She was also chewing gum and I saw her gleek twice. At that point I decided to cut my losses and just get a refund as I was grossed out. I couldn’t get her attention to ask for a refund as she was running around everywhere else. I finally gave up and left with nothing but over an hour of wasted time and 3 hangry people. I tried all week to contact the store via phone and a survey asking to be contacted to get a refund. After a dozen failed attempts I finally just disputed the charge on my card. I will never go back to this location.

I know it was after 11pm, but the girl at the window acted like I was putting her out just by placing an order. The fries were ice cold and the burger was pure grease. I didn't expect the food to taste grest because it is a fast food chain, but the service made it taste terrible. I'll drive farther away next time I want Jack in the Box.

They’re always verrrry understaffed especially night crew, and I’m guessing that’s why they are so rude and short every time.
