The aroma filled the air, a delightful invitation to the senses. Each dish was a masterpiece, carefully crafted and beautifully presented. Flavors danced on the palate, a symphony of taste and texture. From the first bite to the last, it was a truly memorable experience. It's clear that a great deal of passion and skill went into creating such amazing food.

When I walked in , the employees greeted me and they all were very polite. It was my first time and they gladly informed me on my sub options. I got my sandwich relatively quick and warm as requested. Aside from that they kept the restaurant clean. This location was a great experience. I would recommend coming here based off this day’s staff.

Driver didn't bring the chips and soda. Took 3 people claiming to be managers 15 minutes of wasting my time to tell me they needed to call YET ANOTHER manager just to give me a refund.

Placed an online order and they gave it to a random person, and acted like I was a thief. Being very rude and acting like I did something wrong when they just give peoples food away without any verification. Go somewhere else and save your time these people don’t know what they are doing.

Yo this place just sucks, which is sad to say cause it’s good food. Twice now, they didn’t even give us our food. The first time somebody just walked up, said they had an order for pickup and gave him our food. Then we showed up to get our order they wouldn’t remake it and we had to show 2 forms of ID like it was TSA, they eventually remade it but it was very frustrating. Then only about 2 weeks later we had almost the exact same thing happen with our dasher picking up the food for us.

Long story short. Good food. Terrible service.

I come here 1 to 2 times a week and this was the worst experience. I barley had any lunch meat on my club and they forgot my green peppers so I had to ask for but the quality of the food was by far the worst I've ever had from here. Some needs to make this right for a $11 sandwich

I placed an online order for a sandwich with a scheduled pickup time of 2:02 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, I gave my name to the woman working the counter, who was quite rude. She dismissively said, "Oh, it’s not ready yet, we just got that order." I pointed out that the pickup time was 2:02 PM, but she insisted their system showed 2:15 PM.

While I was waiting, another employee asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was waiting because I was told the pickup time was 2:15 PM. The first employee then interjected, saying, "Oh, I have her sandwich right here." If my order was ready, as she suddenly claimed, why was I left sitting there, waiting for no reason?

When I finally got my order, the receipt clearly showed the pickup time as 2:02 PM—proving that I was lied to about something as simple as the time. To top it off, my sandwich was dry and not prepared as I had ordered it. I didn’t have time to go back and address it, as I was already frustrated by their rudeness.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when the staff is clearly overwhelmed. Everyone has busy days, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. They definitely need to do better.
