I’ve been here a few times and have had very mixed experiences. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt so I figured that I’d see if it would be good tonight. I was massively disappointed. I ordered through the app since I’m working a late shift. I ordered a #12 and they didn’t include the turkey on my sandwich. It’s extremely frustrating that I can’t find anywhere on the app to leave a review for this issue.

We have been here a few times and have ordered through the app and have had to wait an extra 15 mins atleast along with our sandwiches being prepared wrong. When you pay extra for bacon then I don’t think it’s too much to ask for it to be on there.

My family walked in for a late lunch and we were greeted with the whole store smelling like dirty mop water. I scoped the sandwich making area and it didn’t look safe enough to eat. I also spotted an employee walking in with a very dirty shirt on. We left to go to another location. I take store cleanliness seriously. Food poisoning is no joke.

I have ordered delivery from here many times. However they have switched to delivery through Uber. I scheduled for my kids lunch to arrive between 11:45-12 at 9am. The order was 20min late and she hardly had time to eat. I will never be ordering online here again. Extremely disappointed in the change.

This location is under new management and we were pleasantly suprised with the service. We had a few issues in the past, but decided to give it another try. I'm glad we did. The building was nice and clean, friendly staff, and our food was made perfectly. It was a big order and they had it ready quickly and with no mistakes. Shout out to Roman for making our trip even more enjoyable. So glad our local JJ is back to being the best. We'll be back!
