When you decide to have a cheat meal only to get old food and one piece of chicken that looks like someone already took a bite out it. Is sad. They have a sign up to say be kind to their employees maybe we need a sign that says fresh food only. No I didn't go back because I did not trust they wouldn't do anything malcias to the new order

The service was quick and the people was super nice, specially the manager on shift but i forgot her name. 11/25 at 2:30 pm
I stopped at this location on my lunch break. Drive thru was empty and very few cars in parking area. Instead of being greeted by them, I was told to hold on over 3 minutes. When she got back on the mic, I tried to give my order for a pot pie meal as a large combo. She interrupted and had a very ugly attitude. She argued with me that they didn't have it in a large. I stated it says on the sign under the meal deal that I could make it a large for 1.99 more. She then starts laughing and belittling me with other coworkers stating that how were they supposed to know that's what I wanted. Extremely upset and working in customer service myself, this is what gets people to NOT come and eat here. There was no excuse for her behavior today at 1:50 pm November 20. Do better. I did try to reach a manager but no one will answer the phone here.

This KFC took a big 360 . Store is clean. Customer service amazing. Food is actually fresh. I had not been at this store for years it had taking a dip but now for about a year I been coming back the team now is amazing. I actually experienced an issue there while my family and I had dinner. The manager took care of the customer in a very professional way. Kudos to her. The food was amazing and the cleanliness of the store is great you can tell she cares for her store and her team. People out there treat employees like you would want them to treat you and your loved one’s.
