Kroger Pick up at this location is extremely poorly managed. Angel will short your items and then give you stuff you never even ordered for free. Maybe some people like that but personally I would just like the items I ordered. Today for the 3rd time I show up at the scheduled time for them to walk out and tell me it won't be ready until tomorrow. I guess calling me so that I didn't have to waste the drive was not big on their to do list. Angel did let me know that they planned to call..
Recommend for the most part. Wondering why I purchased chicken salad with grapes that had a total of 5 whole grapes in container. Salad tastes great, but grapes were epitome of lazy. Add the grapes myself next time.
For the most part they do well but they always have to substitute 1 or 2 things. Today it was more than 4 things. it gets irritating because i know they have a stocking or product system. so why cant that system tell me. We are out of something so that i can make my own subscription. For instance i ordered a 18 pack of toilet paper but they were out so they substituted it with a 30 pack. the diffence in price was more than just a few dollars. i kept the 30 pack but what if i didn't have the money for that 30 pack. so maybe they need to up their game with the ordering system or something.
I drive from Fort Worth here. It's always clean and inviting.
Delivery was really no even close to what I ordered. Meat with exp date in 3 days
I know the grocery situation is bad. However I have been using quick list for a couple of years now and I am quite disgusted with it these days. It is the third week in a row they filled less than half of my order. This is unacceptable. I have been using the quick list all of this time because of my bad health. I certainly don't want to get out to shop now. Thanks for nothing Kroger.
After shopping at Kroger on Tuesday with my newborn I forgot my wallet in the basket. I didn’t realize it until 3 days later. I am so thankful an employee turned it in. When I called to see if I had left it there Lewis said he had it waiting for me. Thank you for being so helpful!
Very disappointed to see cashiers replaced by the self checkout registers! I loved shopping at Kroger until recently! Now I have to stand in long lines to check out if I have a basket full of groceries because they are cutting cashiers for those ridiculous self checkout registers! Call me crazy, but I have always loved going into Kroger and browsing through all the specials. I usually spend more than I intended to, but love a good bargain. now I guess I will do the whole on l
Great savings but so not worth the very RUDE associate! I was adding Marlboro Black REDS to my purchase and the associate for the night self checkout had a very nasty tone as she asked me "Red or Green?" I repeated Marlboro Black Reds & yet again she asked "Red or Green, ma'am or do you just not want me to get you any?" Needless to say, I did pop back off & told her never mind, that I will go somewhere else for my business, left my shopping cart full of items there and walked
Great place to save money

Very nice store and my wife loves it
Pharmacy staff is so disrespectful. I work in healthcare and would NEVER even consider treating my patients like they have treated my family. I have had such good luck with the staff in Cleburne, I guess I'll have to drive a few more miles to them instead. We won't be back.
I'm sure I should have waited to post this since I'm furious at the moment! I placed an order at 3:00 today. The only available pick up time was between 8:00 and 9:00. That is unusual but I figured they were busy. At 6:30 I received a call from an employee explaining that they were running an hour behind and could I come after 9:00. I have to wake up at 4:30 a.m. for work and wasn't happy about the late night pick up but I needed my groceries. At 9:00 I go to pick up my stuff
Bakery never seems to have cookies for kiddos. My 2 year old gets so excited every time we come and makes me go to the bakery first- this is the second time they “have run outâ€. Run out?! Go open a package on the floor like every other Kroger and grocery store I have been to. Now I have a 2 year old screaming for cookies while I shop. It's a small, cheap gesture that goes a long way for the shopper of small children. This is literally going to take my business to HEB (where they DO go to the floor to open up a new package of cookies, and are way more friendly about it). SMH Kroger
