Placed an order through the app and arrived 5 minutes after the order was ready. When arriving to the store the rude employee told me that the pizza was given away which never should have happened because they have a pizza portal but I guess it was never in there. So then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to the workers to make a new one. During this time I saw the worker eating at the counter while customers were In the store and the worker in the back was on his phone while watching headphones. This business needs to get it together or the workers have a little care in the world about the service they are giving

I would give them no star if it were possible. The food is overcooked and the service is terrible. The manager is not knowledgeable of the corporate policies. I highly recommend Little Brothers pizza. We will never order from here again.

They incorrectly processed my order. I communicated with them over the phone in a calm and composed manner, yet they abruptly ended the call. Considering the outlay of money, gas, and time to collect the pizza, the least they could do is refund me for that one pizza.

Rude teenagers work behind the counter I went in once, they told me it would be a 10 minute wait for the hot-and-ready, went in after 10 minutes, and they said again it'll be a 10 minute wait. Waited again, went in again THEN they told me that I have to order a hot-and-ready online ??? Didn't end up eating there not the first time they hade been rude.

Shout out to the team today. Called in at 11 AM and ordered 30 pizzas for a 12:00 meeting. They were accommodating, fast, friendly and delivered before the promise! Really appreciate it.

This review does not apply to the order or the management. Both items were spectacular in my recent order. This 1 goes to the service I received from a rude, passive-aggressive b**** named Leeah who took my order. She was foul-mouth, rude, unnecessarily aggressive, and downright foul like the disgusting, uneducated person she seems to be. I will ensure other people will leave bad reviews and boycott this place until this trash is removed from the store. Besides this filth, the pizza is actually pretty good and like I said, management is great and can MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.

The vulgarity of the language of the employees while I was waiting was just awful. Pizza was fine; but I’ll never come back. Thank goodness didn’t have little kids with me.

The last 3 times we have come here they don't have any "hot & ready" pizza available. It's always a 10 min wait. At that point, what makes them different than going to pizza hut or domino's?

This review comes down to this location alone. I've had great experiences at other little caesars locations. Point blank comes down to Management. Ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni". Is it too much to ask for what is advertised? Apparently so. I was told that the toppings are measured in cups but not really sure the size of cups that are used. This isn't the first time that this has happened at this location. Check out the pictures to see what's wrong. By the way this was after I asked if they could remake it.

As a manager u should know u should be in uniform but I in coach shoes and dressed up hair down staff is either rude or slow if it wasn't so close I wouldn't be going here and wat pizza place don't break 100 dollar bill
