We live 10 min from this location and haven’t visited in years as the service was usually not so great. We can in today due to Logan’s being the only place in town open because of the snow storm. Well I’m sure glad we did because the lady waiting on us just gained Logan’s another customer. Her name is Country and was the best service we’ve received in year. Thank you Country!!!

Came through today pick up some items in the metroplex have not ate at Logan's in 20 years. Ribeye was probably the best ribeye I have ate in forever! We do not have a Logan's in Wichita Falls anymore. Server was very friendly and and attentive! She did a superb job, and had a great smile!

We had a time.. Our waitress Country Lynn was amazing. She gave amazing service and conversation. We wanted her to sit down with us.. She really knows her steak cuts and gave us great recommendations. The food was amazing from the drinks, bread, appetizers, main dish.
We checked in for curbside and got a text back saying a team member would be out with our food soon. We waited around 20 minutes… nothing. I finally went inside and let the guy at the front know, and he handed me my food, then basically followed me out to tell me “you have to call the number because the text system doesn’t work.”
First of all, why are you still using the text system if it doesn’t work? Second, there is no phone number posted anywhere on the curbside spots, so I have no idea what number he expected us to magically know. He was also getting a little too close for comfort until more people walked in, otherwise I probably would’ve said more.
No one is a “curbside regular” enough to know your text system is broken. Maybe get a new one or fix the one you have. That sounds like a Logan’s Roadhouse problem, not mine.

This is a toxic place to go. Half of the servers have their butt checks hanging out their shorts. The managers treat the employees like trash. I watched a girl get an entire plate thrown at her and the manager did nothing to protect the server.
Food came fast ,bread rolls where free with my togo order,the ladies at the front Greeted me soon as I walked in ,I was waiting on my togo order and 3 different Waitress ask have I been help great job Ladies
