My steak came medium well I ordered it medium rare..lack of service..baked potato was undercooked..service was lacking. I'm done with this place. Service was absolutely terrible. No manager onsite. My lunch partner didn't eat because her steak sandwich came out on bread that was DAYS OLD. Rock hard, no exaggeration.I got my salad while my food was served. So needless to say, my salad was trash. This place needs management. Managers that actually care about their customers

Logan's is not our typical steak stop, but we thought we'd give it a shot. I only gave it 3 stars, because compared to Texas Roadhouse, it's more pricey, and the portion is noticeably smaller.I'm glad we decided to sit at the bar. The atmosphere was great, and our bartender - Mandy - was phenomenal. She was engaging, kind, and professional. We were also fortunate enough to interact with other workers that added to our wonderful experience.Thank you, everyone, for the awesome experience. We enjoyed every last one of you.

We went for the steak special but the choices of sides was very limited and no substitutions. The only drink offered with the special was a soda. The waiter rushed us through our meal. The worst part was that I ordered a mango tea because I didn’t want a soda and when I tried to order a refill they wanted another $3.99. At Cheddars I can get a steak any side and free refills on my mango tea. I’ll never go back to Logan’s.

The food was great even tho we had a small issue our waitress was very respectful and brought the manager and he fixed it for us and even took off one of the meals even tho we told him that's not why we were telling him we jus wanted to let them know so that they didn't have that same issue with someone else an they would've been extremely rude about it or something.
