I went in today and the employees were super nice and the sundae that I got tasted good until I found a blonde piece of hair in my ice cream which ruined my appetite. Maybe hairnets or a hat will be good for employees would be nice.

Went in not knowing what I wanted, Jakob and Brin helped me choose one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Rootbear float milkshake. I smashed it before I could leave the parking lot. 10/10 recommend.

We preordered a cake for my son’s 18th birthday 3 days prior to when we needed it. Came in for pick up on day of birthday and no one made his cake. They had the order, but they forgot to make the cake.

There was a fly flying around in the ice cream fridge we walked out before buying anything

This is a busy place. They had 2 people behind the counter working well together. We had a few orders and all were good. Unfortunately, a customer behind us got snippy and wanted to be waited on before we were done but, they crew handled ok.

Got to taste a new combination suggestion from the employee. I call it theCinnamon roll cakeIt had cinnamon ice cream, birthday cake ice cream, 3-4 pieces of yellow cake and little marshmallow cream!Thank you to the very nice gentleman at the shop this past Saturday! You were amazing!

Great ice cream shop conveniently located by stores and movie theater. Good variety of flavors. Mix-ins are free. My favorite is coconut ice cream with almonds and chocolate chips. Great for families with tables and chairs inside and out.

Employees at Marble Slab Creamery Burleson don’t wear gloves when serving or scooping ice cream or toppings. Unsanitary.

Jeff did us a really good job! Very nice and highly recommend him giving you suggestions. He recommended cinnamon ice cream and birthday cake with cake pieces and marshmallow drizzle. 10/10.
