Probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had. The workers were super sweet and patient with two newcomers who didn't know what they wanted. The ice cream that I had was a combination from one of the workers: cinnamon, birthday cake, with yellow cake mixed in, and I added banana ice cream as well. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and even though it was kind of crowded, they made sure that our requests were heard. 25/10 experience!!

Unfortunately very, very disappointed. We ordered on the phone a custom ice cream cake(small) for my son's birthday. He chose all the flavors and details for the cake.The next day I get a call from another employee wanting to verify our order. Ok, better safe than sorry... but then he proceeded to let me know that the $30.00 small cake, would be about the size of my hand palm and that it would be a little more difficult to put on the garnish that we wanted (gummy bears and Oreo cookies) on top. So he then suggested that we upgraded to a medium size cake. At first I was hesitant because the cake was for a family of 4 but anyways I just couldn't picture an ice cream cake supposedly for 6-8 people being about the size of my hand palm, so I agreed to ordered a medium one($40) instead of the small one.He then asked me, once more, about all the details for the cake: chocolate cake layer, ice cream flavor(Birthday Cake Ice Cream), the garnish on the top(Oreos and gummy bears) frosting flavor and color(white, vanilla) color of icing for writing(blue), borders(top and bottom) dripping sauce (malo sauce=marshmallow) and sidings (graham crackers crumbs). He verified everything on our ordered and was very polite.Next day I drove 45 minutes to their location in Burleson, TX for pick up and at first glance it looked nice, the shop was very busy, lots of customers, so I paid and went to my car so I could get back home as quickly as possible because it was going to be a long drive for an ice cream cake, in a super hot day.Finally arrived and hurried to put it in the freezer. When the time comes to sing happy birthday to our son, I took the cake out of the box and started noticing details that weren't the way we asked for....Except for the top of the cake with the white vanilla frosting and blue icing writing, everything else was not the way we asked for. Top border yes but NONE on the bottom(we asked for both top and bottom borders); the cake garnish we asked for(gummy bears and Oreo cookies, and reason why we needed to upgrade the size to medium and pay more) were scattered around the border and very few of them, like literally they used four halves out of two Oreo cookies; I mean two Oreo cookies weren't going to fit on the small one, really ...and the dripping sauce that my son specifically asked for was non existent. At this point I was like whatever, I am not going to let this ruin my son's birthday and there was nothing we could do about it.We sang happy birthday to my son. He did notice no melo sauce dripping, no borders on bottom(he was very specific about wanting the malo sauce and frosting borders top and bottom).Even so, we just let it go... BUT what it made me really really disappointed was the fact the ice cream flavor on the cake wasn't even the flavor we asked for!!! We asked for Birthday Cake Ice Cream Flavor and we got VANILLA ice cream... PLAIN OLD BORING VANILLA FLAVOR! At this point I just wanted to cry but I wanted my son to be able to enjoy his birthday cake. I just couldn't believe that after all my son couldn't even have the ice cream flavor he asked for on his birthday ice cream cake.I will NOT recommend this place to anyone, at least for customized cakes. I just don't understand why after having a second employee called me to verify all details and make sure they got it right, they still ended up not doing it right. I am writing this long review in hopes that someone on that location reads it and makes sure that people working on customized cakes do it exactly the way the customer asked for because thats what a custom cake is for.

I don’t write reviews but I Called today to order a cake for my husband birthday! I had ordered one from another store but they had messed it up ! The person I spoke to here his name was Cody and he was very polite and patient! He went above and behind to send me pictures of the cake they had and actually reserved a cake for me! He was also helping other customers but made sure to tell me he would need to check them out and then will get back to me which he did quickly , just amazing service he used phrases like yes mam and thank you and apologized for the smallest things ! Thank you

Great choice of ice cream flavors. I ended up having 3 different ones. Nice outside seating. The boys working were so helpful and courteous. Coming from California, we didn't know about Marble Slab Creamery. Wish we had one out here.

Great variety of options. 1st choose what ice cream you like, then the amount of toppings you can add are endless. And they mix them into the ice cream on a cold slab in front of you. And most importantly. It's delicious.
