The restaurant was busy but we were taken care of quickly. It was free tea day. The food was fresh and hot. The manager Ildefonso stopped by our table and made sure everything went well. Another employee helped us with a high chair. Family friendly place. If something isn’t right they’ll fix it no fuss.
Ashley G did an amazing job but this place is customer service is absolutely disappointing… I asked and paid for extra pork in a cup for my honey bbq pork nachos. The manager over Ashley refused to do this… Instead, giving us a refund which makes no sense cause I might as well just walk up there with the three dollars and say I would like extra pork… We will always go to the TCU area McAllister‘s from here on!!! Do better!!!

My 2nd time here My 1st experience was AMAZING My 2nd is just as AMAZING thanks to Brennan (I believe that was his name) I asked him which is the best loaded potato & I expressed how serious I am about my food. He suggested I try the one that has macaroni & cheese on it I'm not able to find it on the menu but it is THEE BEST baked potato w/Mac n cheese on it that I've ever had so thank you VERY MUCH
Ordered take out got home, opened my sandwich and a long black hair. 8/1/25 5:00 pm gross just threw it in the trash

Purchased the pick 2 on 7/18/2025, I got the Club but in a wrap and the chili (which is always amazing) but I was woken with a rumbling tummy and for lack of better words being stuck in the restroom ( now 11:40 am on 7.19.25) with everything coming out of both ends. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. One less customer
