We ordered our food through the app and received it quickly. We then ordered ice cream through the app. I waited and when it didn't get delivered I went to the counter to check on it. It took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though several employees kept looking my way. When I received my order finally, the mcflurry was not mixed at all, and the employee that gave me the 2 cones and mcflurry barely even acknowledged me. He didn't even apologize for the wait or inconvenience. Bad service all around.

We had a mobile order, eoth curbside pick up, they bring us the food minus one meal, they brought the drink for that meal, but no meal had to go inside wait FOREVER to even tell them the issue then FOREVER to get the rest of my food , by the time I got it the rest of our order was stone cold and the drinks were all watered down. So I baducally paid fir 4 meals but only got one edible meal.

Honestly… I know McDonald’s isn’t the place to go for quality but at the very least you could count on the $2 mc-chickens and a very carbonated sprite! No longer. Several times now when I go JUST for those two things. The sandwhich is now almost $4 (inflation. Fine) but the drinks are over syrup-ed and NOT carbonated at all. And the large drink was $1 no long ago. Not anymore. Paid more than $4 for two drinks that were truly terrible. ?

The two girls in the drive through were very rude we couldn't even get something as simple as fresh fries and the one at the window literally tossed our bag with force. Juliet and I forget the other one. Rude from the speaker to the end. If you don't want to work don't go.

The girl working window, big white girl with fake lashes who said she was the manager, was extremely rude, the app gave me a code for a free cone I showed her the code she said it wasn’t valid , all I asked was how to get my points back and she rudely turned and slapped her thighs and asked for someone to make the cone, I said I don’t want to rip y’all off I just wasn’t my points back and she said “ I don’t have anything to do with the app” with all the attitude gif gave her. I get why people complain so much about y’all now.
