Seems like all the McDonald’s now have put away napkins, straws, water, everything. For example if a table is dirty You can’t go get a napkin or water to wipe it off. I received our order without any napkins in the bag so we had to go up and ask for napkins. Then we got the coffee had to go back and ask for the sweetener, creamer and a stirer stick.

I ordered the Minecraft Happy meal and you guys gave me a normal happy meal, i told my son that I would get him this meal for his birthday because we couldn’t afford a cake, you have single handedly ruined a 5 year olds birthday.

This has been my preferred McDonalds in the area for about 2 years now, and I've never had a problem until recently, seemingly correlated with the hiring of new employees. The last 4 orders I've gotten from here have been nowhere close to being correct. On top of that, I've been given an order twice now just to realize it was supposed to go to a car parked near me, and I've had to get out of my truck to deliver it to the right person (McDonalds should be paying me as an employee at this point). On both of those occasions, my food went to someone else and I had to wait for McDonalds to remake my order. This has gotten so ridiculous that I'm considering driving across town to another location whenever I feel like eating McDonalds. Get y'alls act together.

I was the only one at the register. I saw 2 managers look at me and my son. They didn't acknowledge me or him. I had to ask them if someone was going to take my order and they said they thought someone did already. This is the 2nd time I've been at this location and it will be the last. I hate to throw the race card up there. But there were helping others out. And greeting them

Online says it opens at 4:30 so of course I think I’m gonna get to order before work, sat at the window for 15-20 minutes and nobody answered. Should probably change the hours if you’re not gonna be ready at that time.

Had the manager Juliana Jimenez come in the play area and instead of just asking us to move the chairs our kids had moved back to where they need to be, yelled with just the 2 of us there. Had no problem moving them back ourselves (didn't realize 2 tiny humans could move that many chairs so quickly) but yelling wasn't needed and when I said the employee could have just asked us she proceeded with "she can't so I'm going to to" in a condescending attitude. Literally just had a mom day to let our girls play and that manager didn't have to yell with our children like that. Takes 2 seconds to talk kindly no matter what role you have
McDonalds makes a gazillion dollars a year, so this review won't matter. It also explains why they keep serving garbage and it keeps selling.
The cheeseburger is easily half the size of what they sold 10 years ago. It looked like a slider. Really, was that small. Tasted terrible.
If you're trying to replicate Chic-fil-A and In-n-out by putting servers outside, at least have them smile. And greet people. The eff my life attitude doesn't work. Plus, not everyone knows what they want. Taking orders before the menu signs with no menu available is stupid. Hang a menu from the mobile register or something.
Server at the window was just as curt and careless.
Didn't want to go here, but we needed a quick bite on the drive to Waco. I regret eating mickey dees every time I do it, and this was no exception.
