My family has been to this location a handful of times and each time they are out of toppings. This time they were out of toppings and red sauce. Service is also always very slow. I love mod pizza and recommend driving over to the Chisholm location.

Came on national pie day they were out of red sauce out of sausage and I get some of that out of their control. It took them 30 minutes to take our order while they had people going past our group because the server we had was I guess the manager and couldn’t stay on task just to get our pizzas done. I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review anywhere. This was extremely frustrating.
And I love mod pizza, but I won’t come back to this one

It's generally good food, but this time they messed up two of our pizzas.
One wasn't even recognizable as the pizza we ordered. The other they forgot to make entirely; it was just sitting out beside the oven. When that one was done, it wasn't right either.
They offered to remake, but I would have felt bad to inconvenience the long line of people waiting.
In short, it used to be good but has apparently gone downhill.

Always make something incorrect, when picking up pizzas to go 1 of the 4 is going to have to be remade and the others just wait and get cold for an extra 20 minutes so the wrong one can be remade. Good pizza just bad experience almost every time.

ordered 3 pizzas and garlic cheese bread. waited an hour for Ist pizza, then 10 more min for cheese bread, then another 10 for that last 2. two were burnt. The cheese bread had all of the cheese in center. Used to be great, but slid way downhill. Fix issues and we may come back

Very nice experience here. Was greeted upon entering. The staff was very friendly and our pizzas were made just like we wanted! So happy they offer dairy free cheese and meat alternatives!
