First time back at No Frills in about 15 years. But it was great service once seated. It is seat yourself so we did stand around like idiots for a couple minutes before using deductive reasoning. Once sat our waiter was great. I got wings, and we shared the jalapeno bottle caps and fried green beans. My buddy got the Texas cheese fries. Everything was delicious. And it was a great time watching the Cowboys/Niners game.
Vegetarian options: They have salads and stuff, but very minimal bites for a true vegetarian. They did have some apps a vegetarian might like such as the green beans and bottle caps.

Went there for dinner, my food was missing while everyone else at the table had their food. No refills offered even though my glass was empty. It was not a good first impression.

My husband and I are both in our 80’s - the food was great at lunch time - we needed to get a to go box - I suggested to the waitress that they need to allow seniors to order off of the kids menu as we do not eat as much as we used to. We will be back, but will probably split a meal.
