I was having trouble when ordering online, I tried to call 3 times and waited on hold for more than 15 minutes everytime no one never came back to the phone to say anything. I know its so busy there but maybe when someone on hold you could pick back up and say something. Then when i finally called back for the last time she told me maam i am helping a customer So i guess i am not a customer. Really was disappointed

Setup pick up cake at closing time, why on earth would you setup an appointment at 3 pm if you are closed at 3:01 !!! It was my kids birthday cake!!!!!! Horrible customer service and horrible employees

“I walked in to grab a little Bunteene. When I paid, the cashier—a girl—gave me back my change, but it was short by a dollar. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I could tell and she could tell she knew it was short by the way she counted it and glanced at me and my sister. She was also laughing and smiling in a way that wasn’t okay, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. I decided to let it slide, but honestly, I wish she had just been upfront and told me they were out of change instead of acting like everything was fine.

I have to say that this location is not the friendliest at all. I have been in there before, and they were not that friendly. I called to ask a question so that it would save time from asking when I came in, and the lady that answered was very offish and cold. It really made me not want to purchase anything from there at all.

Worst customer service I ever seen. We received notice to get a free Bundtini for birthdays. We got there they said replied with you need to be a rewards member. We said we are. They then said you also need a email of it. Check email they did not send it yet. Finally got an email a couple hours later went back up there. My wife didn’t bring her ID because she wasn’t driving. They also wouldn’t give it to unless without a valid drivers license.

I arrived to the store right before closing at 6:59 to pick up a cake for my wife’s birthday and takiya was very friendly & helpful letting me come in to grab my order , I will definitely be back
I came in on my birthday to receive my reward but due to tech issues I couldn’t access my email. After stopping in at least 4 times a money, I figured they be able to accommodate. They lied and refused to. I called another store that confirmed that their POS system has the capability to make this correction. Then I was just going to buy my birthday Bundt but the owner was so rude, I canceled it. No wonder she was kept in the back. I am completely disgusted. Then she lied and said she doesn’t have corporate information. It’s all so pathetic.

I stopped into this Burleson location for my Lemon blueberry treat. I assumed all Nothing Bundt Cakes are the same, and Wrong.This cake was ice cold & hard, it was supposed to be a quick treat but it wasn't.I drove to the nearest trash dispenser and dumped that brick/ Nothing Bundt Cake.
