I looked on Apple Maps and it said this location closed at 6p. I came at 5:30p but they were actually closed as I was walking up. The manager Adam was very sweet and actually helped me anyway! Ordered chocolate chocolate chip cake and it didn’t meet the expectations. The cake is little dry and the chocolate chips are hard and felt like they didn’t blend well with the cake. The new year decorations for the cake is $10 which I feel is expensive.

I was very disappointed when I came in to pick up my bundlet for my birthday that you give to your customers. The lady working the counter said I had to download the app or have my email because your store no longer accepted drivers license as proof of date of birth. I had the email but she said that the code needed had expired the day before. I order quite often from your store and was surprised at this new procedure as well as disappointed . So I went to another store in Arlington and they didn’t even require my drivers license, email or app. Just took my word and gave me my birthday cake. They demonstrated great customer service and didn’t make a fuss over 1 small cake.

Just had a great experience this evening at the Burleson location…arrived 10 minutes after closing and as I was walking away Adam (hope that’s right), opened up and let me get the cakes I was after. So nice to receive that kind of kindness and customer service.

Soooooo I saw the Football season commercial about the Snickers cake campaign…being a football fan, I thought YAY!!! …,then I drove over to the Burlerson,Tx location and the young lady at the register said that campaign is over and none were available. But their promoting it on the websites and TV Commercials.. huh… okay

Every year for my birthday I go in and get a free bundlet for my birthday. I went in at this location and a young man working there told me to open my app. I received an email stating I had a birthday freebie. When I showed him the email and my birthday date on the app he told me he could not give me my free bundlet because it did not show in the app. I really wish they would go back to just showing your id and you get a free bundlet in honor of your birthday. I was really disappointed.
I had such a great experience at the Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Fort Worth! The staff was super friendly and the store was clean and welcoming. I tried the Lemon Bundt cake and it was absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and just the right balance of tart and sweet. Definitely one of the best cakes I've had in a while. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I’m a fairly new customer of Nothing Bunt Cakes and this location was such a disappointment for the 2nd & 3rd time going into this store. A couple of the employees are absolutely rude and very unfriendly and unprofessional in my opinion. The young blonde girl is mostly the one be encountered twice now with such a snooty rude attitude. No friendly greeting when walking in whatsoever. Poor service and of no help at all. I had a few questions concerning the flavors and a few things in the app and the girl was just absolutely inadequate and unaccommodating, But what bothered me the most Was the fact that she was just absolutely rude with the way she spoke and answered my questions in general. No one wants an interaction with a snooty rude staff member while shopping and spending their money and time in a store or restaurant. It’s definitely a turn off or deterrent. There’s always other locations that are top notch and with EXCELLENT customer service that could profit off of other stores customers along with other businesses. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location in the near future. I rather give my service and money to a Better business with much better services. :(

I was having trouble when ordering online, I tried to call 3 times and waited on hold for more than 15 minutes everytime no one never came back to the phone to say anything. I know its so busy there but maybe when someone on hold you could pick back up and say something. Then when i finally called back for the last time she told me maam i am helping a customer So i guess i am not a customer. Really was disappointed
