well went in for my birthday bundt and was told needed to see an email for some club. guess I was signed up before ?!? couldnt find the email and all 4 girls just sat there not asking to help any further. other locations would just ask for an id to confirm your birthday. thanks for nothing, nothing bundt cakes.

Just moved back a few months ago and wanted to try Nothing bundt cakes on my birthday but I was a little late, turns out I wasn’t signed up after all but Adam helped me sign up and honored my Birthday so I still gotten mini Bundt cake for free. I will be going back because of the costumer servers and the delicious cakes!

Adam at the Burleson Nothing Bundt Cakes went above and beyond today! My order to a friend was misdelivered to the wrong house. Adam contacted the driver to figure out what happened and kept me informed the entire time. He ended up having another order re-delivered to my friend within 2 hours. Thank you for the amazing customer service, Adam! It is truly appreciated!

Love the Burleson location! Always have always will :) I've been coming here since we moved 8 years ago. Everyone is always so pleasant and friendly and greets you when you walk in. I had a great experience that I wanted to share that happened this past Friday, with a last minute birthday party for a friend. I ordered 2 dozen assorted flavored Bundtinis for his party. Everything that day was such a rush with work, traffic, birthday gift, kids and the dessert! I called and spoke with Adam 30 minutes before closing at 6, I knew I was not going to make it on time for pickup. It was to late for doordash, so Adam offered to stay after closing hours to wait on me to get there, once I arrived not ready and rushing, the entire staff Kelly, Kate and oncourse Adam were all so genuine and sincere about my situation, that Adam offered to hand deliver my bundtinis to the Burleson location himself. Wow! Talk about customer service!! I offered to pay for his gas just for going out of his way, and he would NOT accept! I got his number and he seriously would not take Venmo or Zelle as a form of payment for going out of his way. Because of his kind generosity this allowed me to go home and get ready. He then text me with confirmation to let me know that he delivered the bundt cakes to the birthday guy himself and he was happy and excited about it. Made my day! Thank you, Adam :)

I want to Nothing Bundt Cakes initially for my daughter, but I ended up buying 4 minis ..2 white chocolate raspberry, 1 lemon and 1 snickerdoodle ..HOWEVER.. it’s not what I got.. I ended up with 2 snickerdoodles vs the 2 white chocolate raspberry.. I’m gonna go ahead and keep it since I kinda love your mini cakes ?

My daughter goes to Nothing Bundt cakes in Oklahoma and never have any issues with orders or just drop in. What is the deal with Burleson? Why such bad service and orders. Well good bye Burleson Nothing Bundt cakes, you lost a customer and probably many more. You may need to check into getting better staff and people who stay on top of orders and service..
