My kids prefer the donuts from OK DONUTS, however, the customer service from here is mid. I frequent this place a few times a week. My last two most recent visits were not so positive a d both experiences involved the owner. I asked to buy 1/2 and 1/2 of a dozen donuts. Which translates, as it is on the menu, 6 chocolate and 6 glazed donuts. I agree to her asking me four times if it’s what I want. She proceeds to put the donuts in the box and still asks me if it’s what I want in the box. I’m annoyed at this point and I ask her, how else does it come? My diction was clear. Anywho, she proceeded to stereotype me and say well others get confused on what they want. I brushed it off. I come back two days later with the same lady and ask kindly die the associate not to use her bare hands that she just touched her face with to open my bag to stuff my donuts in. The owner did not understand how unsanitary it was to be touching face and surfaces and stuff then using the same hand to open bags that the food was going in. It wasn’t a huge deal but it became bad for me when the owner told me to make my donuts at home if I’m that scared. At this point, I won’t be going back in myself but being that it’s my kids favorite donut shop in Burleson they will have to go and get their donuts. Other than this, this donut shop is great.

The donuts are pretty good but I have to make comment on the treatment of employees here as others already have. It is seemingly a revolving door of highschool aged kids being hired and leaving (or most likely fired with what i've seen from the owners). I have seen these kids be berated on more than one occasion infront of multiple customers. I understand the owners of this establishment are foreign but this treatment is not tolerable in America.

Today, I had a sausage bread here, and the kids had donuts. The ingredients were super fresh and delicious. The kids were happy to get little toys too, and the owner always greets us cheerfully whenever we come, which makes me feel good every time. I’m really grateful that a place like this is nearby.

I was a bit surprised to see that some of the recent reviews seem very similar and feel more like targeted attacks on this place rather than genuine feedback. As someone who comes here almost every day, I can confidently say that both the baker and the cashier are always friendly, kind, and full of positive energy. I'm not sure why they're being falsely accused like that, but I’ve always been grateful for the consistently fresh and delicious donuts they serve. Don’t fall for those misleading reviews — just try their donuts yourself.

I went in today and immediately could tell that the cook was the Asian male again, one of the owners I believe, as all the donuts were very doughy and tasted like nothing but raw dough, as such was the rest of the week. Normally they have someone else back ther that was doing great, until these later few weeks where everything seems to be far undercooked. I made the decision to come back later and see if someone else was in. I was then witness to someone berating an employee for something. This was only interrupted by a fellow customer informing them to take it to the back. This is very shameful and should have never been handled outside of a private area. I normally love getting mine and my kids breakfast from here, but I will no longer be able to support such a business when they handle things the way they do. Very disappointed

I’m not the type of person to leave a review but when I walked into this morning was unacceptable. I walked into OK donuts today and one of the employees and I wanna say one of the owners were sitting at one of the tables having a discussion. The owner was obviously embarrassing. The employee having this meeting out in front of at least seven customersin this employee hands off best customer service every time I walk in always has a smile on her face and ready to help I want to say the conversation was about cat hair into the employees defense, I didn’t see one piece of hair on her and if she does have it as an owner and as a team, everybody should make sure everybody is well presented not in front of the customers and making the employee feel belittled so I said something to the owner and let her know this conversation needs to be taken to the back. You’re embarrassing her in Front of all your customers, and as I went to my car, they walked to the back. I’m glad I stood up for this employee because it was unacceptable in all manners.
So for the update, I’ve already contacted DoorDash. Let them know how your company was talking to an employee in front of seven customers belittling her in front of customers so at the end of the day if I’m doing a DoorDash and if I see someone is in the wrong. I’m gonna speak up and I’m gonna say something it’s human decency. And I hope everybody can see the comment you left back to me. Great customer service by the way.lol

DOUGHY DONUTS! I came in at close to 6 am on Sunday and the donuts were extremely doughy in the middle. I didn't feel safe eating them so I ended up throwing them away. I understand it is early, but you should be used to that as a donut shop employee and the donuts should at least be safe to eat!
I ordered donuts for my son’s birthday and I was so impressed with ok donuts. I placed the order over the phone and they took their time making sure I got exactly what I wanted and asked detailed questions. The double checked with me on the phone about the order, when I got there to pay, and when I picked the donuts up. The donuts tasted as good as they look! They were very fluffy and the icing had a good vanilla flavor. Overall, I was very impressed with their product and service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

It’s just a great donut shop. Fresh everyday, and I love the old fashioned donuts, best I’ve found. My wife loves the blueberry cake and my daughter loves the chocolate and toy donuts. Happy to live so close.
