Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The best Olive Garden I have been too! Amazing service and delicious food. Our Alfredo pastas were very delicious and super creamy most places barely put any sauce but this location was extra saucy.

My wife had ordered us dinner understanding it is Christmas Eve but at the same time no silverware the salad was not up to par and my soup was lacking chicken at all. As I said I get it’s Christmas Eve and we all want to enjoy the holiday but we don’t lack the service provided on these holidays if you didn’t want to work and be professional maybe should of stayed home. Allow someone else to do the job more proficient than you. This was in the to go department no silverware or anything really just seemed rushed so they could just close up shop. That is unprofessional one hundred percent.

The service was great. We had a very nice waitress. The food was ok. I had the Gorgonzola steak pasta. Didn’t like the balsamic glaze on it.

Had a weird experience tonight with trying to use their order for delivery feature from the website, which connects you to Uber delivery. The manager and staff at this Olive Garden went way above and beyond to resolve it; long story short Uber never sent the order to them, even though it was clearly documented in my app. When I called after an hour they informed me that they had had several Uber drivers showing up trying to pick the order up, but it never came through the system to them. I was literally stuck at home, couldn’t go pick it up (truck in the shop), so the manager went ahead and took the order over the phone and had someone from the restaurant delivered it to me. This is a rare occurrence in today’s world! ,I love Olive Garden, but the Olive Garden in Burleson gets my five stars hands-down!!

From the start, the service was disappointing. We waited quite a while for our drink order to be taken. When our soups and salads arrived before the main course, the waiter didn’t check on us again for a long time. My soup came without a spoon, and since the waiter was never nearby, I couldn’t ask for one. As a result, I had to share a spoon with my daughter.

The table nearby had the same waiter, but another server took their drink order. Eventually, the waiter returned, and I asked for a new soup because mine had gotten cold. We also requested breadsticks, but we had to ask twice before receiving them. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived, most of our food was already gone. I had to share my drink with my little girls because no refills were offered until the waiter finally reappeared.
