The most amazing service! Had a little mishap and the manager was absolutely amazing! He took care of the situation perfectly and made sure we were happy customers and we are! We order delivery from here a lot and are never disappointed. The food always is cooked to perfection and the service is always amazing! This place is absolutely perfect!

My daughter and I came to visit for our weekly mommy and daughter day… The food was mediocre and we had to ask for additional utensils because we received some that still had food in them… Needless to say my daughter is sick now… I will not be returning

Food wasn't good, all of our meals had to be sent back because they came out undercooked. The food was also overly expensive for the lack of quality, the cost of food for my wife, daughter and I came out to almost 90 dollars. The waiter was good and the restaurant was clean, but that's the only good thing I can say about outback. There are much better options than this place.

After a horrible experience with one of their neighboring restaurants, I walked out and am so happy I did.This Outback location employees are great. I was upset because of the other place and the young lady greeted me with a smile and uplifting attitude. This one little act turned my evening into a pleasant experience.I had a steak, loaded baked potato and asparagus. All cooked wonderfully.Thank you for making my evening a good one!

My food was cold, and mashed potatoes were ice cold, and steak was so tough that I couldn't even cut it . Horrible we won't be back.
Terrible management here. Asked for medium steak. They sent me a cremated one. Literally black on the outside. The manager gave me a dirty look and questioned why I'm returning it.

We had a large party on Sunday for my daughter’s birthday. We were supposed to go to Texas Roadhouse, but we were misinformed by the manager on duty…which led us to not be able to get seated in a timely matter. We started scrambling trying to find another place to go. We called Outback. They immediately put us on the wait list. Once we arrived they started setting our tables up. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The service was great, the food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. We were super impressed, and we will definitely be back. Thank y’all so much for saving the day and taking such great care of us. Especially on such short notice.

On my trip to Outback Steakhouse, my party of almost 13 people had to wait 2 hours and had to be asked twice what our orders were .When the orders finally came, all the meat was undercooked, even the chicken. Outback steakhouse was much better in the 90's.
