I hate to say it but this was by far the worst experience I ever had at Panda Express. The food was nasty and when I went back to have the order remade for me, I left with the exact same outcome as the first time. Was is extremely disappointed

I haven’t been to Panda in many years and I had the opportunity to go into this location today.
My kids spilled their drink twice and they were so nice to us, and even though they were busy, they were able to help us with all of our needs.
Also, they handled a busy time/rush with ease! Solid team for this location! Thank ya’ll

Arrived at 930p store open till 10p. Noodles and a couple of entrees only. Staff behind counter said they are not making new food this close to closing. 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. Good news there is a new one on freeway at Risinger open till 10:30 and has no problem making you fresh food right up to closing time.

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this location that left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against. The server carelessly dumped my food onto the plate as if I wasn’t worth decent service — it felt dehumanizing. What made it worse was watching her serve another customer, who happened to be Mexican, with care, a smile, and a noticeably larger portion — for the exact same price.
When I called to report the incident, hoping to speak to someone who would take it seriously, the woman who answered told me to just “deal with it.” No apology. No accountability. Just complete disregard.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Every customer deserves equal treatment and respect, regardless of race or background. I hope this review encourages the company to re-train its staff and take real action, because what I experienced was not just bad service — it was discrimination

The food was wonderful it was so flavorful I love it! The girl that served me was so helpful and smiling the entire time. I really enjoyed my lunch today at Panda Express in Burleson, TX. I am recommending them to all my friends!

Food was delicious as usual. Employees greeted us as we came in. Employees were very cheerful. Dining area was clean. Drink station was clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were clean , only bad part of the men's bathroom is sensor is on the ceiling by the door. Light turned off while using the bathroom. Luckily it was during the day but at night that could be dangerous for someone especially if the person has a walker to help with balance.

I ordered the chow main it tasted like it was old like it had been sitting for a while the orange chicken was extra tough and dry and the pepperd chicken also was cold and tasted like it was sitting for a long time I had to throw it away after a few bites
