Kyiara is a tree and never fails to make me feel welcome and put a smile on my face.From my experience this has been the best Panda Express location from anywhere I've been to. I do my best to stop in and have a meal as well as getting something to go for later.I greatly appreciate everyone at this location

This place has gone down hill. Picked up our food and literally had 2-3 pieces of chicken and nothing but rice. I will not be going back

I stopped at this location a few days ago and I have no complaints. The food was fresh and delicious. Diana served me and was very friendly and courteous . We will definitely be back to this location again soon.

Food was ok. It had been sitting a minute but what was irritating is when you are standing at checkout food sitting there and the cashier took an online customer who walks up in front of the rest of us waiting to check out. It's ok I will go someplace else. Keep answering the phone and helping everyone else but the customers who took the time to come have dinner there. Oh and not like there weren't 3 or 4 other employees standing around chatting with each other. Keep your mediocre food and service. We will go someplace with better service.

I’ve never been to panda express before. I wanted to try it out tonight when my wife and son. After ordering our food and getting it bagged and rung up, we get home and half of our food wasn’t in the bag. It was a huge inconvenience and I had to call the restaurant to let them know what happened. A guy who picked up told me that they were sorry and they will remake the food. I came back to the restaurant and told the person who made my food as well as person that rung us up, and the response that I got is, “ it was very confusing, so sorry.” The guy who picked up the phone didn’t even made himself present to figure out what was going on. I had to pay for the food again while checking out. The end result was neither my wife and I got to eat our meals and both ended up being cold due to having to feed our son and put him to bed. Very disappointing. I plan to figure out how to contact the corporate line to let them know to be mindful about their customer service and resolution.

We have ordered from here before, and never any issues, but today I had a problem with my bowl, I ordered a broccoli beef with fried rice. They don't cook their veggies enough for me, so I will usually cook the veggies a little longer on my stove, and I realized I only got maybe 2 1/2 pieces of beef in this. So, ya I called to voice my concern, and the MGR on duty was saying we do 70% veggies and 30% meat. There is no way this is that ratio. I wasn't going to drive back up there for him to give me a refund, for their mishap, so I asked for a refund, he didn't seem concerned about having the food, cause he said to take pictures and go back up there another day with my receipt, but I guess that's where the issue began, because I said no I'm not driving back up there, you're not going to refund me gas money along with the food, so no I'm not gonna do that. Then I asked him if there was anyone else higher than him that I can talk to about this, he said no I'm the highest, lol I couldn't help but laugh and I said uhh, no that's a lie you aren't, that would be the owner, and you're just the manager on duty. So, then I asked for corporates number and he said you can get that online, of course I asked why can't you just give it to me, because I know you have it, you have to, and then I asked for his name so when I Google corporates number(which he didn't want to give) I can talk to them and tell them who I talked to, he refused to give me his name, and then he just hung up on me. So very professional of a Manager to do. It's really not that big of a deal, but I'm a diabetic, and i hadn't eaten all day which isnt good for me, but I only got that bowl for the meat and veggie, because the rice I give to my son when we eat this, because I can't have that kind of carbs, but the way he acted about the whole situation, is the reason I have contacted corporate, because it was very unprofessional for a manager to act this way with a customer. At this point it's not about the food. BTW, anyone know his name lol?! I posted my 2 pics on the website, I didn't know how to attach them to this post.

Usually this place rocks however we had a bad experience most of the product needed to be cooked all at the same time we had to wait to the point where we just decided to get noodles instead of fried rice added to take out really disappointed cuz they didn't care if we sat and waited for 25 minutes. I'm pretty sure we just caught them on a understaffed day with a inexperienced cook during dinner rush. The solution maybe for the server would have been not to make our main entrees and play some while we waited 15 minutes for this rice to add to to-go container.

The McDonald's of Chinese food. I'm actually updating this review to lower the star rating from 3 to 2.The problem with this place is you never know if it's going to be worth the money. Sometimes you get home and there's a nice big serving. Other times you watch them give you half a scoop, three times and you've got like half as much as normal and you feel robbed. Need to get off this scoop measurement system and start weighing the chicken so patrons aren't getting robbed

If I could’ve put no stars I would’ve‼️‼️ the manger had the audacity to point out the obviously cold food that had been sitting there and told me that it was fresh after I asked if they were going to be making any fresh food soon and he said no thats fresh and said that’s what I get. Was extremely rude to not only me but also his employees. This is unacceptable! I’ve never had a problem like that at panda this is definitely making it hard for me to want to come back to this establishment. The cook hunter was very nice though and did offer to make fresh shrimp but manager said no.
