What can I say except the very best service that can be given. I was in a real jam and had my car towed and they had my car fixed on the same day and this was Christmas Eve, no one else would take my car. Their service was A-1 and the cost was more than fair. I will be back if there are any issues even if I switch vehicles #1 frfr

When I got there, they gave me the wrong pizza and said they never made mine. When I asked for mine to be made they said it’ll be 5-10 minutes. Well here I am still in the store THIRTY minutes later waiting for it, I got asked why I was there about 7 times. One of the workers was clearly high. When they asked me why I was there I told them over and over and asked when MY pizza was gonna be ready, they said “it’ll be ready soon” that was 10 minutes after I had been there. Well 20 minutes later they finally have my pizza out and by this point i’m super frustrated and angry especially since it was pouring rain and super windy outside.

I LOVE this Papa John's. 9/10 it's perfect.
On occasion they mess up, but they have always made it right. I love my delivery lady. She's adorable and a sweetheart. And I keep meaning to get her name. She needs a raise or bonus or something.

I ordered this through door dash and I do not leave reviews , but omg this was the best pizza I have had since moving to this area . I did order once before original crust and it was good dont get me wrong but this time I ordered NY crust with extra sauce, regular cheese, pepperoni and hamburger beef . Omg the best pizza I've had i a long time!
Service was good, but damn. The size of their wings are ridiculous. I don't think they were chicken wings I think they were wings from peeps. They're tiny compared to Domino's. The pizza itself is pretty good but they have to do something about the size of their wings. Steroids. IDK.
Parking: Busy location specially with the Walmart nearby with several other stores in the outlet mall.

How do you make pizza with no sauce and the veggies on the bottom Instead of the top of the pizza this is why I only go during the weekday during lunch time. 6 people in the back and the pizza comes out like this. Edit spoke to the manager he was nice about it told me I could get it remade. Go back the next day and the woman inside was not as nice I had NY style she gave me regular crust, I paid for extra pepperoni she did not give me any and she put sooooo much sauce on the pizza it was so heavy. She did it trying to be funny because I showed her the picture of the pizza with no sauce.

I ordered from this location on Uber eats. I meant to order from a closer location. I canceled the order quickly and they still charged me. I had uber eats call the store to replace the order since they already had my money. The store refused. Stay away from this shady location. I use to love papa John’s because of the customer but not anymore

I ordered food ar 3:36 and was supposed to arrive approx 39 minutes later. An HOUR later my food arrived COLD. Not sure if it was the restaurant or the delivery. Since Papa John's hands it off to Door Dash I blame Papa Johns. BTW, my sister ordered from someplace farther away and 30 minutes after I did and she received her food before me. Don't think I will order from Papa John's anytime soon!
