There was one lady in the back with no help and was still able to get our pizza.She seemed a bit stress as she had a huge order she was working on and was still very friendly and attentive.She deserves a promotion I wish I could have gotten her name. Kudos to her!Management eventually came to help out.

First let me just say, the PIZZA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DOWN RIGHT DISGUISING!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas when I received my pizzas that I paid $31 for. ONE HAD A PIECE OF HAIR AND THEY ALL were cold and dry SO FREAKING DISGUSTING!!! Called to get the issue resolved, and was told I didn’t order my pizzas from that store. Thinking I had the wrong store I hang up to contact the right Papa Johns. Took a second look at my receipt, that stated 1001 Sw Wilshire Blvd!! I was told twice by Carl I didn’t place my order at that store. Told a third time by Jada who had a very nasty attitude. NO ONE WAS CONCER ABOUT MY ISSUE!! ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I HAD THE WRONG PAPA JOHNS. I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund until tomorrow.

This store is listed as closing at 12am. I placed an order online at 10:30pm and got confirmation. 20 minutes after my order, I receive an email that the order is canceled. I call the location and speak to the manager who states he has no delivery drivers and has to close the store down. This is absolutely ridiculous considering this company utilizes door dash. My tip on my card was 20% of my total and I always tip in cash at the door.As a former GM of Papa John's and worked at this specific location, I'm extremely disappointed.

I just want to say thank you personally to Carl at the Burleson location for making my grand daughters day a special oneat school. She is in kindergarten and ask for pizza and her lunch is at 10am and Carl made it in early and pizza ready for me to pick up for her! She ate 3 big slices!! It was so good!! Thanks again Papa John's! This Papa is proud he could bring his granbaby her pizza!!

If zero stars was an option they'd get it. after ordering pizza I waited and waited and waited some more. finally received a text apologizing for the long wait time to only receive two cold pizzas and missing sauces. according to papa tracker my pizzas were out of the oven for 40 minutes before delivery and the driver couldn't follow simple delivery instructions.

I ordered the extreme garlic pizza . Do to the commercial showing tons of garlic and even season garlic sauce dripping on the crust and Inside the stuff crust ...what I got was regular plane pizza with a side of garlic butter as usual ..no extra inside crust no season garlic butter to pore on crust . When I gave a pore survey it said I would be contacted by the manager ..I still have not been. Just like all other greedy businesses nowadays . They don't care ..stop lying on your commercials this is ridiculous
I went here at 9pm on 8-21-23 to pick up my order and they locked me out . I knocked on the door and they were acting like they didn’t see me . If they were closing early at least put it on the app so I wouldn’t waste my gas or money . Could’ve also had the dignity to open the door and telll me they’re closed instead of acting like they couldn’t see me beating on the glass to pick up my order for 3 minutes
