Tonight’s service was sub par. I’m thinking it’s just because they may be understaffed. But I havnt had a pizza finished in a timely manner or when the app says in quite sometime. The pizza its self was stupendous. Bradley was more than accommodating. The young lady teens likely was polite and nice and friendly. It’s just that id be happier if I had a pizza when the app says. Ya know.

I am a weekly customer at this PH. I called in my order for delivery, gave the team member my Bank Card info..was on hold a few minutes longer than I should have been. Team member comes back on and tells me that credit card machine is not working correctly, and although it gave her "APPROVED" MESSAGE, she tells me it didn't go thru. She asked for my card number again. I was worried about doing that and shared my concern with her. She assured me that it hadn't...

Our time eating lunch at Pizza Hut was delicious and enjoyable. Our server, Rita, was great. She took our order and made sure our experience was very good. She cleaned our table, brought out hot delicious pizza and bread sticks, and checked with us later to see if were doIngok. I definitely recommend eating at Pizza Hut!
