I will never order from thus location again manager had nothing but excuses their fryer ect just refund my money expeditiously after their site said my food was to arrive at 10:15 and the rude smart mouth says a lot about this particular store !🙄
I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for a long time, but after my recent experiences, I won’t be ordering from them again. I originally received a credit for a pizza that was made incorrectly, but when I called to use it, the manager informed me that the credit had “expired” after 30 days. Something that was never mentioned at the time it was issued.
To make matters worse, the delivery before that was sent to the wrong address altogether. Tonight, I placed another order and simply requested that they add the extra pizza that had previously been credited, a fair and reasonable request, yet I was met with the same unhelpful attitude. When I spoke with an employee named Sky, she acted like checking for the credit was an inconvenience, and once I explained the situation, she became rude and defensive.
I’ve been in the food service industry for over 20 years, and calling to complain or writing negative reviews is not something I ever do. In fact, I usually only write positive ones. But the level of unprofessionalism here is absolutely ridiculous.
Between the repeated mistakes, poor communication, and lack of accountability, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone. Sam's bar & grill down the street has great pizza & customer service & will be getting my business tonight.
