Guy taking my order looked high . He was having troubling taking my order. Then to top it off I ordered two tacos on the side and when I received my order it came with no onions or cilantro and the guy said I had to pay extra for onion and cilantro. The guy also doesn’t even know what being made . My wife asked him what an item was and he just laughed and said “I don’t know “ paused for a minute like he was thinking then went to go get help. Pretty sure guy was high .

You know, we like the food here. Usually pretty good. The wait time is always forever and it seems y’all are always understaffed, but tha aside we still went because the food was great. Today we picked up our food and I got my usual flautas that came in a plastic box and with everything on the side to avoid the soggy mess, well not anymore!! Everything came on top packed into a tiny paper box and the flautas were soggy and all steamed.. I do not like this new packaging, I get trying to not use plastic but atleast put the stuff on the side still, especially for to go orders! By the time you get home it’s all sogged up. So bummed:(

I decided to try out this location since it was near my granddaughters school. The tall man at the front did Not greet me. Luckily another cashier decided to take care of my order. I ordered my usual bowl and it tasted great. Do better young man!!
And stephany, I did have the patience. I walked up to the counter and the young man straight up ignored me. Luckily a young lady came and got my order. Have a nice Day.
The food is very good. Me and my family had an amazing lunch and service was amazing. Our cashier Ashley did everything she could to make sure out food was delivered quickly and made sure we had everything we wanted

Wait took a very long time for the drive through, then the order was incorrect. When inside to get the oder fixed and it took and unreasonable amount of time. It was supposed to be grabbing food quickly and I was there for almost an hour!!!!

The most terrible customer service EVER. They are all rude for no reason at all. I didn't say or do anything other than order. This is the second time I've been treated this way. It's the price to pay for tasty food. All that said, the food is bomb! So take it for what it is 😊
