Keynes has good chicken. Those tinders are very tender, and they're huge, but they only have one sauce and to me. If I'm gonna have to have chicken strips, hmm, a choice. I don't want just one. It's kind of got a tomato base flavor I'm not sure exactly what all's in there, but I can definitely Taste the tomato base to it. So that's not really my thing. That's my only complaint about canes. They lack choice and uh, their menu is limited. What they sell, it's good, big and tasty. So that's why I've given it four stars, because sometimes I want honey, mustard. Sorry guys, that sauce y'all have is good, but it's not that good. And let's put a little garlic on that toast stuff that you sell, that would make excellent garlic toast in my Italian opinion. I'm somewhat of a new customer. I've eaten there twice now. It's been good both times this thing they have called the Caniac, is basically for 2 people. One person shouldn't eat all that. Since my doctor told me to watch my cholesterol, I probably won't be going there for a while!

The price keeps increasing while the amount of food decrease. I should be give more than 15 fries.

I’m not sure what’s been happening lately, but when I specifically order extra extra crispy tenders, I expect them to be crispy, not soggy with just a hint of fried. On top of that, I only received a small portion of fries. When I requested a refund, I was told I should have asked them to add an extra minute to the fry time. Since when is that the customer’s responsibility? It feels like you’re making excuses and shortchanging customers who spend their hard-earned money.

Very friendly staff. A young worker came by twice to check if she could throw away our trash for us. Which, being a mom to two very young kids, helped so much.
The manager also came around to every table to check on their experience. He made sure that the experience was hospitable and friendly.
The restrooms were clean and no trash on the floor. I was very impressed overall.
This is coming from a girl who growing up, frequented the OG Canes on LSU campus. Way to go, management and staff!

The food is always fresh and the tea is always sweet! One of the best locations I’ve been to with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and clean eating area. I also like how they have the booster options for the booths instead of just the baby chairs. The kids meals come with a lot of food. And the caniac combo is enough to share.

First time at this location! It was fast, hot and tasted great!! Can we please order food without a drink included? I can't drink from fountains because of a food allergy. It sucks having to pay for a drink I'm not getting because I can't drink it! (Oh, and can we maybe not be forced to listen to the horrible music in the drive thru with your bush speaker please? 😅)
